i have had quite a few funny moments of being in bands that wanted to be cool, but always had to nerf the edginess of any songs we played and watch the noise!

I play with the seniors citizens group. We are now practicing
to perform for xmas at the senior citizen center, we do not
sound that great, but it,s fun. My son-in law(A JW) is
A music promoter in Vegas. If I had remain A JW, no way
I would have learn to play A guitar as A elder, no time for
such nonsense, or learn to play golf.

think their search will lead to more clarity or

something to numb their pain. I fit into this group,
curious and just want to find out what,s true.
I must admit, the experience of being A JW have
turn me against religion.
Most of my life , God was in my life. So what happen,
lost faith. But I still read the Bible almost everyday.

We speaking about today, recent decades.
Israelis and Palestinians are killing each other by the hundreds
in Israel, the west Bank, and Gaza. Hindus and Muslims
are slaughtering each other in India. Catholics and Protestants
continue to kill each other in Northern Ireland. Sunnis and
Shias have their arms wrapped around each other,s
throats throughout the Islamic world. And we cann,t
forget 9-11. Muslims were so determined to murder
helpless Christians and Jews that they were willing
to die to shed blood of other religions.
If religion makes people want to murder each other,
maybe we need to examine our faith.
The fact that religions preach love, but here lately
it often generate violence, cannot be dismissed
as A minor imperfection.
