  i called the information dept politely asking if mr brown was still a witness after commiting verbal apostasy during the interview with ldh.. i got transferred to one of their legal staff and he dropped the "f" bomb and hung up!

  i on the other hand was a complete gentleman.. i would call this a golden opportunity to play up what has to be one of the most embarrasing moments for the dub leadership but is actually an important issue that any current dubz should be concerned about.

  what is the actual policy of the org?

  Did anyone else get in trouble for saying things like "shoot" and "drat" or "fudge"? Because "everyone knows it's like swearing". And here they are at bethel saying that over the phone?!

  How Many X-JWs Do You Know Who Don't Come on These Forums?

  i was thinking about inviting a friend over for drinks this weeked.

  he's a former witness like myself who no longer has any belief that the witnesses had the truth or anything close to the truth.. as i thought about that, i realized, just from my own former congregation, i know at least a couple dozen x-jws who left completely, and see the witnesses as no better than any other religion and lots worse than most.

  yet none of these folks are at all involved in sites like jwd or any of the other anti-witness sites.

  so today i am going back to school for my us history class.

  last week my professor told me to study anything and everything that interested me.

  i am sitting here bouncing from book to book that i purchased at 12 price books.
