I never had a JW boyfriend. All the interesting ones had worldy girlfriends. My first wordly boyfriend was in Grade 1. His name was Dennis and he was oh so cute. We would play kissing tag and hang out by the swings.

Reasons for having a "Worldly" boy/girlfriend while still in?
by damselfly inwhen i was a still a teenage jw ( sounds like a bad b movie drive in flick ) i had a "worldly" boyfriend.
i didn't want anything to do with the jw's but knew i wasn't strong enough to just walk away.
he became the focus of my family's hatred and the reason they believed i left (nothing could have been farther from the truth) this helped me to avoid explantions of why i didn't believe.

My ex played this game with me for years. Telling me he wanted to be single, that he wanted to date other people etc. I stayed for years hoping he would choose me. Which he would do when things in his life were good. As soon as he had problems I was to blame and he wanted to move on. I tired of it and made the decision to leave him. I was worth more. I think you are too.
