  andrea montgomery was found guilty as charged on each of the 6 charges of child rape of her biological son, alan von webb, the oldest boy of four children.

  today, many media people were there in the courtroom for the first time since the trial started.. the verdict came in about 3:30 p.m. which took time for the judge to read, etc., so i learned about it at 4 p.m. when the father of the four children, now young adults, called us.

  one of the children has down's syndrome, and it's difficult to imagine, but he also was raped since a child by his mother.

  Love the Bee Gee's..  downloaded their live album from Itunes... cant not dance when i am playing it..  husband is the same so dance till we are close to heart attack!!!  just kidding.. those old bands are forever!!!

  Site issues: Dec 30 Update

  first of all, some apologies - i had planned to spend the last couple of days getting everyone signed in to the new site and sorting account issues out but i wasn't getting over the flu as i thought, i got worse.

  i've probably had 4 hours sleep in the last few days.

  anything that requires too much thinking isn't going to happen right now.

  Hope you feel better soon.. Advice from my pharmacist husband.. when you think you are getting the flu/cold.. buy a homeopathic med called oscillococcinum  or oscillo.. it is over the counter. It is sublinguil under the tongue.. like tiny little suger beads. it works if taken within 48 hours of getting the flu.. we have been using it for years. and he recommends it to all our family and friends and also people coming into the pharmacy with the flu.. worth a try.. i havent had the flu for years but if I recall I think you only take it for three days.. every six or eight hours.  google it..  anything is worth a try!!! Take care of yourself.. lots of rest, fluids. and Vit C...   x0 from Arwen

  Period of time from crack to avalanche

  i know, people are very different and have different levels of holds to the organization, but i'm insanely curious about how long an exposure to ttatt may marinate before culminating into an action to research further.. from your earliest memory of a planted seed due to an event, challenge from another person, accidental website hit... whatever... (the crack) to the time the ttatt became a reality, (the avalanche), how much time expired?.

  i guess we have to remember that everyone here is a success story and that for many, it may be never.. .

  i always had doubts and it was the internet that presented me with the ever-growing number of individuals who were going through a similar struggle.. i give the internet a 9 in my awakening.

  Tiki.. I love those snowflakes too.. get one every year.. would like to get them back to 2006 when i first started celebrating again. I find it very hard as I have two kids who celebrate and two kids.. the older ones who dont want to celebrate any event.. I know it is due to their upbringing even though they were never baptized. it is in their head.not to celebrate.. I always give them gifts but dont expect any from them.. the younger two.. in their 20's are pretty good at gifting but they were just young teens when i escaped from the Tower so it is different for them too.. My poor husband went for years not allowed to buy me anything to me buying my own gifts from him now!!! I tend to overspend to make up for all the years of no holidays!! I put the tree up the end of November as soon as we got to Florida.. I love it. I love the sales after Christmas of Christmas candy and stuff!! They dont do "Boxing Day" down here so everything is open...I got a Christmas card today from a JWN friend and sent out four!!! Merry Christmas everyone!!! or Happy Holidays.. x0

  I remember the first year I signed up and got some cards.. it was really nice feeling knowing these people were all in the ame boat as I was.. ex JW's just made me feel part of something good.. x0
