WHAT HAS HELPED HEALED CURED YOUR BITTERNESS WITH THE BORG?
by freewilly01 inis there or has there been anything that has aided you in your quest to rid yourself of the bitterness and resentment of the jw's .
i know for some it has appeared that they have a newfound religion or religious belief, but that is not the case with myself.. for some maybe visiting these sites encourages them to shed those miserable memories?
for me it just builds more resentment.

Time has helped and distance from JW's. I call myself a "recovering JW". There is a lot of recovering to do from this cult that is for sure. I use humour as well. When I stop by to visit my family I always ring the bell or knock and when they come to the door i say.. "I was just in the neighbourhood sharing some magazines with others" or something like that.. always good for a laugh.. I could not have done it without Simon's board. The support and encouragement I got from there a few years ago was crucial to my sanity. I too, have met some ex JW's and it is amazing to know we share the exact same feelings. The most important thing that has helped me to get over my anger and bitterness is the fact that I am out and I am so grateful to God for that!

Michael Jackson's Death Is Exposing Jehovah's Witnesses In A HUGE Way!!!
by minimus inif you read comments made regarding mj's death, there are tons of people talking about his religion.
the fact that he was a jw that disassociated himself, is giving bloggers all sorts of ammunition regarding the rotten witness religion.
jws are trying to defend themselves and their religion and outsiders are clearly seeing how effed up jws really are.. good..

the guy who said the final prayer was also the same guy who began the service.. He said he was Pastor ??? and his prayer seemed to be that of a Christian man so I am sure he was not a JW...

KH weddings
by rockmehardplace ini did not want to hijack the other thread on kh funerals.
when i got married, my wife and i were married at the kh.
i wanted a particular family member as my best man but because he was not a baptized brother, they would not allow it.

A young girl that I was very close to is getting married in the KH soon. I met her only sister the other day in the street and she told me she that she was not ALLOWED to be in the wedding party.. She said the elders at first said it was because she had tatoos on her arm and then just flatly made the bride tell her she could not be in the wedding.. she is not baptized and has not attented meetings since she was a teen but is very close to her sister.. Her father is "allowed" to walk her down the aisle and he was never a JW nor attended meetings.. so it is very hyprocritical that this is happening and the sister of the bride is very hurt. The groom's parents.. both JW's are making a lot of the wedding plans as they have some bucks.. anyway, it is sad...I love both of these girls..and know if things were different ....... The sister of the bride is going to protest the way things came down by standing outside the KH and not going in for the wedding.. She is very upset.. I hope this will make more than a few people think how sad things are in this "cult"..

Man Goes In Hospital For Circumcision, Docs Remove Penis Instead!
by minimus ina kentucky man went into the hospital for the procedure only to realize the doctors amputated his penis instead!
the kentucky man was told afterward that cancer was noticed and because of that, the doctors decided to simply remove the appendage.
