my first cup of coffee.....
by bikerchic init's been about two months since i've drank coffee, i quit cold turkey don't ask why........just wanted to say i didn't miss it at all and now i wonder how i ever drank this stuff in the first place!.
back to cranberry juice in the am for me!.
anyone else ever give up something and wonder later how or why they ever drank, ate or smoked it in the first place?.

They also do the same thing with Thanksgiving. They call it Turkey Day. Well, it isn’t all about turkeys, it’s about telling what you’re thankful for and actually being thankful.
Yes it is!!! It's all about the Glorious Holy Turkey! And they're always on sale at the supermarkets at that Most Holy time of year!
Prostrate yourselves before the Most Holy of Birds, and pay hommage to it!
And yes, I am very thankful for every opportunity I have to partake of its succulent flesh!

The trade off is that the fat will keep you fuller for longer and satisfy your hunger faster.
Maybe that'll help if I can feel full longer. To put it mildly, my digestive system is VERY efficient while the rest of my metabolism seems to be the opposite.

I used to take my coffee in an IV drip! Nooooo more! This morning on my bike ride I had this aweful taste like coffee puke in my mouth.......enough I would rather ride my bike coffee puke free thank you very much!
UGH! Coffee puke! I'm guessing you didn't have any food with your coffee.
About the calories, I'm finding out how high some of these fruits are in them!

I never use sugar and always drink it black.
I never use sugar either, and drank mine black for 20 years. Recently I started using Coffeemate Fat free french Vanilla in my coffee. I blame that on Rayzorblade's influence.

Tal, I'm cooking everything at home now, and almost never go to restaurants anymore. I never buy prepared foods either, and make my own bread. And I'm starting to read labels too! I'm really getting domesticated now.
My greatest vice now is kitchen gadgets. I love kitchen gadgets.
