I might, one day, for a few minutes, before the demise of the forum, put my pic up...if anyone really wants to see it.
I hope you do, I want to see if you look anything like I've imagined. -

I miss you too Decki- you're really good at what you do. If photography isn't what you're mainly doing for a living now, something tells me it won't be long before it is.

Anyone had a tooth Implant?

are they as good as they make out, any drawbacks to having one?.
i'm thinking of getting my crown replaced with one but wonder if the 3000 ($6000) is worth it.. .

I used to work for a Periodontics/Implant specialist. If you use a reputable doctor- one that's into continued education, a dental implant (and bone harvesting- if needed) can feel just like a normal tooth. The doctor I worked with used the latest equipment- and a microscope during oral surgeries. I can't think of one patient that had the procedure who wasn't glad they sprung for getting an implant and saving their other natural teeth. IMO implants look more natural than bridgework also but you still have to take care of the implant because you can lose it just like any other tooth if your dental hygiene isn't up to par.

Most Haunting Voices in Music
by stillajwexelder inok - so after a few threads in the last few days i started listening to some of my old music.
some artists just have voices that are hauntingly beautiful and stick with you forever.
for me - the top three are.

HAHAHAHAHA!
I actually thought, 'What, there are Japanese Beatles cover groups, and they are pervasive enough to actually cause Quirky sufficient consternation to start a thread about them?'
lol, I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who thought that...
