What a crap deal that is! They're gonna allow Chrysler to take all the viable parts of their mismanaged company and walk away leaving all their debt holders to go piss off.
I'm buying Toyota's and Honda's from now on. They're better products, they're made in America, and they're not standing around expecting the government to save them from their own failure.

You are absolutely right. If you want me to be honest I don't believe half the shit I write. What I have found here are some VERY intelligent people to debate with. I am talking about BTS, John Doe, and Priest. I use the political discussions on JWN to focus my mind and try out different paths of debate and logic.
And yes, trotting out my limited educational credentials was a tired tactic. I just don't like being called a moron. Who does? It's the equivalent of my accusation to BTS a few days ago that name calling was the last refuge of the idiot....or something to that effect.

Look, just for your info, I took Tang Soo Do before you were even an idea. At that time, the brown equivalent was red and I made second red.
I also was trained in boxing in addition to smatters of other self-defense techniques including the use of pressure points.

My point was that many times we say things on an internet message board that we wouldn't say to someones face in the street. If I've called anyone a "fucking moron" lately then I take this opportunity to apologize for it. I am sorry.
I just don't understand why people feel the best way to win an internet argument is to insult the intelligence of their opponent. Day after day I disagree with BTS, John Doe, and Priest......yet I realize that each one of these posters is VERY intelligent.

I can assume that your verbal conduct proves you personally haven't trained in any type of martial arts, and if you had you didn't learn the respect for your fellow man that is inherent in such training.

Wow, I just checked this thread today to see your response. I wasn't speaking about you in particular when I made the Reagen/Clinton reply, rather I was speaking to the right wing philosophy in general. If you're a Democrat then good for you. Personally I couldn't care less what party you claim to belong to. When someone posts something I disagree with, I respond with my thoughts on the subject. Pretty simple really.
