  Well if your down on yourself women can smell that a mile away. We don't want to date a guy who doesn't think well of himself. Maybe your not a stud but you probally have lots of good qualitys your not seeing and if you can't see those how can we?? It's the same for us girls. It really doesn't matter what you look like on the outside it's all about self confidence.

  10 Years!!

  this month marks 10 years since i sent in an "estimados hermanos" letter to my local kingdom hall, telling them to leave me the *&&^ alone.

  10 years of freedom from the cult!!.

  i've been criticized a lot in the past for writing the letter and playing "their game.

  with the talk of everyone trying to cut back and reevaluate their necessities due to the rising cost of products from gas to food, what is the one thing that will never go in your life...a "luxury"item that has wound itself so deeply in your soul you would be incomplete without it?.

  I don't judge him based on his seeing aliens. I personally think that it's very narrow minded of people to think we are the only inteligent life in the universe.

  He just doesn't work for the people of his district. He likes media attention too much and very much a blow hard. He has a lot of hot air and no action. He refuses to work with other member of congress on anything. That's why he doesn't get anything passed. He just doesn't see the big picture. He missed 9.6% of the votes this year alone because of his failed bid for president. Second highest in the state for missed votes this year. He doesn't care that Ohio has less Federal money coming in because he doesn't go after it like other congress people.

  You know Old Dennis's office is not far from my house. He's my congressman. He's wacky and strange but the people love him here.

  As far as impeaching the president Bush has 7 month left in office. I think if this was really going to happen it should have happened a long time ago. Dennis is just making noise so he can be re-elected. Dennis like to puff himself up about things and then do nothing but squak about it till it's too late anyway. He like to hold press confrences and the media here just eat it up. Dennis has only passed one piece of legislation in his 12 years in Congress. He brings home less money then any other congressman in congress and he hangs out with hollywood star types like Shirley Mclain. He openly addmitts to seening aliens at Shirley's house in the 80's. He's a wack nut. Dennis banckrupted the City of Cleveland when he was mayor.

  I'm thinking of voting Republican for the first time in my life. At least for congress. I want a congress man who works for me not one who runs for president every 4 years and sees aliens.

  Hey I'm 33 almost 34. Never married, no kids and not looking to change that. I'm not even looking to date anyone at all. I'm not a loser or an old maid. I'm just a woman who doesn't want to settle for second best. If I never get married and never have a kid so be it. I'm not worried about it.

  That's pretty funny. I have a friend who gave me a bumper sticker that says " You Did Not See Me I'm In The Jehovah's Witness Protection Program". He got it from a comedian who he saw who is an EX JW.

  Suggestions for JW Girlfriend?

  so i've been seeing this jw girl for a couple weeks now... she kind of contacted me out of the blue (i've known her since i was 4, shes two years older than i) and wanted to hook up for coffee or something.

  i avoided it for about half a month.

  not really avoided it, but was going to have fun with it when it came, because i thought she was just going to try to encourage me to go to meetings and whatnot.. so, first time she calls me up at like 9:30pm on a weeknight to come over to her house... so i ride my bicycle over and go inside and she and her cousin were getting drunk on alcohol and they started getting me to drink.

  Hey Min just be careful. I can see you care about her. Try not to pull her eyes open for her. Let her open her own eyes at her own speed. Don't force her to leave the witnesses. Try to show her that life on the outside is not so bad. Be a good guy and show her respect and caring. Most of all have fun and wear condoms.

  I can remember being a young virgin girl fresh out of the JW's. My first sexual experiance wasn't exactly ideal. I picked a guy and did the deed no strings attached. He never even knew I was a virgin. However I was tired of being a virgin at 25. I thought it was time. He didn't seem to mind me not returning his calls. That started a very wild period in my life. I've grown up and out of that time in my life but I have no regrets. I believe every experiance I've had so far in life has made me who I am today.
