  Hunting!

  I don't hunt. Tried it one year, froze my backside. I have no problem with those that enjoy hunting. Yes there were hunters in each of the congregations I've been a part of.

  I'm sorry but that is silly. Why wouldn't they use the avalible legal means to defend themselves? There is nothing wrong with standing up for one's self, there is no scriptual reason not to.Even the apostle Paul used the legal system of his day when he appealed to Caesar. It was his right as a Roman citizen.

  As distasteful as this may be to some, that is the legal system. If you find that lacking then you will have to change the law of the land.

  I am happy that the Colts beat New England! However come Feb 4th I'll be for the Bears. The only AFC team I would even consider rooting for in a Super Bowl would be the Steelers.

  have you ever refused to serve on a jury due to personal religious convictions?.

  if so, were you immediately excused from serving in the jury?.

  if you are not religious, would you still use that as an excuse to get out of serving in a jury?.

  Directv High Speed Internet

  i am considering to get directv high speed internet.

  i do have high speed internet with another company, but directv has been offering me pretty good deals, so if you have directv high speed internet, i would like to hear from you and tell me how you like it, etc.....thank you!

  Rain WILL take it's toll. I have Directv and have had 'rain fade' occur sometimes when it doesn't seem to be raining at ground level. This is the main reason I have not gotten the high speed service.

  After reading this thread I'm left with the feeling that a majority here are HOPING something goes wrong for these children so that the blood issue can be pushed. Talk about ghoulish.

  It's a shame that there are those who have investigated such 'ridiculous' issues and then had a good laugh over it. You must find those "lofty minds" very disappointing.

  "So then IVF is a no-no?"

  Not necessarily. My understanding is that as long as the husband's sperm is used to fertilize the wife's eggs then there is no problem. Fertility drugs are also not a problem.

  That said I wish the family well. I don't know if I could handle six children at once. I hope that they do get lots of help and support.
