a brother turned us in for smoking.
anyway, one of the elders in my cong will say: jehovah uncovered this he brought it out of the dark you cant practice sin in the dark jehovah will not allow it he is not the only elder ive heard that from.

STUPID ELDERS AND CIRCUIT OVERSEERS
by minimus inhow many stupid elders and co's have you known???
years ago, one co used to stop at music stores so that he could sit behind a piano and play beethoven.this was during field service!
i knew of a stupid elder that knew a father who had been an elder and was deleted for immorality with his daughters, and this stupid elder wanted to recommend him to be an elder again!!!

these examples of a stupid elder are all true.....not exagerated ,,,,,only the truth....
sister::::: conduct PERFECT for 23 days!!!!!
stupid elder::::::refused to pray with her because she did not go to bed at the right time
sister:::::: trying to be submissive and good.....
stupid elder:::::::refused to have a bible study with her because he didn't like the sound of her voice..
sister::::::couldn't do anything good enough or right,,,,,cried profusely and fell to her knee's to the
floor.....begging elder to like her,,,,just sobbing
stupid elder:::::::stood over her,,,,and threatened to have her committed,,,,stating she was mentally
ill.....
sister:::::promised she would be good,,,,,,she could not wake up for almost a year.....
i could keep going,,,,,but you get the picture.....I AM THE SISTER,,,,,MY HOLY SPIRIT APPOINTED HUSBAND IS THE ELDER......

some wives lord it over the rest and think they are special , while some kids get away with all sorts of things because of big daddy.
have you ever had a problem because an elder's family got away with something and you got blamed for it?

alot depends on the size of the congregation,,,,the number of elders,,,and even where the location
of the kingdom hall of is,,,,what part of the country....ect ect....i am in a small congregation,,,,in a very
small town,,,,rural country!!....yes,,,,i have seen the above....i have also seen the opposite,,,where
elders wives and kids were scruntinized for every thing they did...it just depends on so many factors..... problems like that were very rare in my congregation........

my husband is an elder,,,,,his reaction:::::::GOOD!!! they had no right to give him a transfusion....
the scarey part for me?????? my husband did not even question for a moment that the jw might
have given questionable motives....even though papers were signed,,,,it was stated in the interview
that the jw gave an indication he "might" reconsider....but...jw's always right,,,,,worldly are always
wrong.....
