There must be a God because I am angry at him.

This is a very difficult topic for me. I want to believe in Jehovah and Jesus and most of the time I do. But then, when I see the suffering of humanity and earthquakes, tsunami's killing thousands of people (basically when I watch the news), it makes me question. If I was an all powerful being that saw all of that happening and I could do something about it, I think I would and yet 2,000 years after Jesus, we haven't heard a peep. When I was indecisive about leaving the organization, I begged Jehovah for a sign, some sort of answer. And there was nothing but silence, so, I made my own decision.
I see too many beautiful things to think that this world was not created by an intelligent being. Maybe, he grew tired of us and went on to another hobby.
So, most of the time I do believe (obviously I don't watch the news much ) in God and Jesus and I hope. It makes me happier to think that he is out there and he cares. Maybe one day.....

Oh yes, last years drama was wretched. They presented that situation like it was fact and they made the college guys wife seem like a horrible shrew. Really really sad attempt at fictional writing if you ask me.

Sounds like another 24 total hours of brainwashing again.
I wish that I could go and try some of the little tricks there that some of you have mentioned on this board. Like cussing during the songs that would be a blast but just can't drag myself to listed to that nonsensical dribble.

My Friend died
by pratt1 ina few weeks ago i posted that a very good friend of mine from childhood was diagnoised with terminal colon cancer.. we were very close growing up in the dubdum, and we were in each others wedding party.
our kids reffered to each of us as uncle and his kids look towards my parents as their grandparents.. we drifted apart after i left the lie, but we managed to stay in touch infrequently even if only to keep updated on the kids or other family members.. fortunately for me, i was able to spent a lot of time with him while he was in the hospital and hospice, and we reconnected as friends almost like the old days.
on may 19th, although it was the day before my family vacation and i had a lot of running around to do, me and my wife went to see him.

Your eating habits
by greendawn intell us about your eating habits, are you health conscious do you avoid synthetic additives in food such as artificial flavours and preservatives and generally all processed food, are you vegetarian, vegan, do you buy organic food out of fear of pesticides, do you eat too much, do you go on diets often etc .
i was shocked to read somewhere that 90% of the food americans eat is processed.
it saves time using such food but....

I really try to keep our family on organic foods. Especially, the meat, eggs and milk. We also try to stay with whole grain breads and eating lots of organic (if possible) vegetables. Though, I am still the sucker for pizza, wings and basic junk food.

I have to agree with Serendipity. Kindness, is a beautiful quality and it buffers other qualities like you mentioned before. When you put kindness with honesty then the brutality will not be there and so on.
