  do any of you parents and/or sons and daughters feel weird about sleeping in the same bed as your parent and/or son or daughter?

  is there a certain age that this behavior becomes inappropriate?

  secondly i'm weirded out that there daughter does the circuit overseer route with them. I've never seen any circuit overseer with kids before!

  think its weird that a CO would have an 18 year old daughter following them around the circuit.

  I guess they are short on man power these days and taking just anyone to be a co? Or is he a substitute co?

  I think that is what he is called but I think there is another name for it. he's not the regular CO for their hall.

  Anyways, the daughter left this morning. Apparently she was only planning on staying one night. She was really quiet the whole time anyway

  And ezra? I don't like you. Cyber bullies have deserve no response.

  If I was 18...I would NEVER sleep in the bed with my parents...do people do that? What do you mean by cultural thing??? I didn't think anybody did that unless under dire circumstances...like and earthquake or hurricane, etc. Just my 2 cents

  Swalker Well I meant in some cultures its normal I guess. Like mine (which I prefer not to say-my own paranoia; ya know.) Or maybe its just a girl thing? I've slept in the same bed as my folks countless times. Especially when we had a roach problem a couple weeks ago.

  All three adults in a king-size bed??

  Well, that's weird by my book. I would request a separate cot at least, if another room is not available.

We assumed they would all just sleep in the same guest room togethor which has a king size bed but apparently they quickly requested if there daughter could be in another room??

  I just thought it was weird. My parents used to always get the hotel rooms with the single bed cause it was always cheaper than the 2 beds.

  Ya think its just a cultural thing? (There american) Or maybe the times are just changing?

  hi, i just got registered and am looking forward to getting to know others who have escaped from the controlled environment that i was so faithful to for so long.

  i hope to meet others with similar backgrounds.

  i've been out about 4yrs and love the feel of it, but to be honest, as much as a definiate decision it was on my part, there was still a long time of adjustment.

  how would you explain to them that they are not really better than the rest of society and that their religion is not superior to serious christian religions?

  Michael Jackson to sell Neverland to the WT?

  rumors are flying that michael jackson will soon close the deal on the sale of his vacated neverland ranch to the watchtower society.

  they are selling their ny city bethel properties and moving to a nicer climate due to the poor health of the aging bethel staff.

  the ranch seems to be an ideal fit for for them.

  I've heard this DUB rumor that Michael offered to donate a huge amount of money to the WT but they declined b/c he was D'F?

  Anyone think this is true?

  I hardly doubt they would of said no but I have heard this story many times and many seem to feel a sense of pride and always use it as a "See what happens when you leave JW? Not even money can help you" example.
