don't know how many of you are truly what i would call a "jazz-aholic", but jimmy cleveland passed this past saturday, he was well known back in the 40's until 80's as an outstanding musician who played with all the greats, you can search his name and just find out how major he was, but, the reason you probably didn't read about it in any daily publication is that his wife janet is a jdub and probably didn't want to alert the wordly media.

she was a piano teacher in the queens, new york area from the 60's up until they moved to california in the 80's, while they were here in nyc he was a part of merv griffin's studio band, when he had his late night talk show.

she was a singer back in the 40's under the name of janet thurlow, quincy jones even mentions her in his book as giving him some good advice about his career, wonder how well they know each other .

denver -- police in denver arrested an abc news producer today as he and a camera crew were attempting to take pictures on a public sidewalk of democratic senators and vip donors leaving a private meeting at the brown palace hotel.. .

These police officers were just protecting the public. A passer by could get an eye put out from that mic. They were obstructing the entrance to the hotel!

Further a murder/robbery was happening across town that went unsolved.

our po recently returned from his indoctrination training session at patterson.. he's been pretty tight-lipped about the experience, following orders from above.

but he did repeat one joke he said one of the instructors made (keep in mind that all those in attendance were pos).. what is the difference between jesus christ and a po?.

Placements and Ministry Hours vs. Conversions

i am so irritated.

the pioneer who was giving me bible study mailed me the public version of watchtower and awake!

(i'm not doing the bs anymore) this got me thinking... why is more emphasis placed on hours in the ministry and "product placement" than conversion??
