Are you all out of your minds!
Don't you know what the Bible says about homosexuality?
So how can you congratuled somebody for doing what is detestable in God's eyes?
Sorry military but your conduct is not a reflection of what you have learned in the Bible. I think that you are causing a lot of pain to your parents.
I think that all of us has weakeness, but you can fight against your own with God's help.
For the people who congratuled you: Are you the ones who said that good is bad and bad is good?
Can a group call themselves CRISTHIANS AND BE MORALY WRONG? WAS JESUS LIKE THEM?
SORRY MILITARY, IT IS NOTHING AGAINST YOU BUT AGAINST YOUR PRACTICE.

Thirty Years a Watch Tower Slave
by JAVA inperhaps the first widely distributed book written by a former witness about the watchtower society is, thirty years a watch tower slave by william j. schnell, baker book house, grand rapids, mi, 1956. its been out of print for several years, and very few libraries still have the book.
schnell was born in 1905, and was part of the watchtower movement from 1921 to 1954. .
in part, the foreword reads: by the lords grace i am a christian.

Fred to be honest with you I think that you are just a kid.
Your comments reflects the thoughts of a kid.
Please if you are a good witness who follows what society says, don't come to this forum to read apostate views.
I am a witness still, but I am very discontent with Society for the way they have handled the matters.
Please tell the elders in your cong. that you are participating in this forum, and let see how they will treat you. -

I looked under Alexander Polyhistor and I found out the he was a phylosopher from the 4th century after Christ.
But I didn't find any quote about neo-babylonian era.
Are you quoting from a 4th century man?
And please from where did you take that info. -

Fred, I know that you are a little excited about this information, but please be rasonable.
Think for a moment:
Neobabilonian era is one of the must known today. There are literally thousands of documents that proof that Jerusalem fell in 586/7 b.c
For example we know today that Nebopolasar(Nebuchadnezzar's father reing for 21 years, Nebuchanedzzar for 43, Evil-Merodach for 2 years, Neriglissar for 4 years, Labahi-marduk for 3 months and Nabonidus for 17 years. If you sum the years we got to the conclusion that the Babylonian Dinasty lasted 88 years.
Please Read a litte more of if you have questions ask me. -

Hi!
I still a witnees but kind of inactive. I go to the meetings just to please my wife, but I see to the hypocracy of this organization.
Finally my eyes has open to see the reality of life. There is not any organization behind God. Look how the org. only demands more time, resources, and money. They don't even care about their own people. What about our brothers and sisters in other part of the world who Doesn't have hardly anything to eat or wear clothe? Does the org. helps them in any way? The only thing they tell that people is to wait in Jehovah's kingdom. They don't even provide decent kingdom halls for these pour brothers. In the contrary they encouraged them to donated even what they don't have to please Jehovah and be blessed by Him.
That is not the way the first century christian behaved. Paul encouraed the brothers blessed with material things to contributed more to help the ones who were poor. But this is not the case.
Ohhh! But if they helped the brothers in any way they blow the thrompet to let every body know that they are true cristians.
Looks like they forgat What Jesus said about giving without making an spectacle of that.

new, nowhere to turn, ashamed & afraid
by azzazel inhullo everybody i'm new here, even though i've been lurking now for several months.. i have to say how afraid i am to post, afraid and ashamed but i feel if i dont tell my story, i honestly dont know what may happen to me or my children if they lose me, right now i feel like i've got nowhere left to turn and have my doubts about this place as well.. i know my story will shock you but i cant keep it in any longer.
i am recently disfellowshipped for immorality, the subject of a kingdom hall witch -hunt and subsequent congregational humiliation, .
during the process of the judicial committee meetings and proceedings no consideration was given to my real human circumstances nor to the spirit of survival nor human nature nor that of a mother seeking to protect her children from lack of basic fundamentals such as food, shelter and clothing.

Hi Azzazel!
I read your post and I really feel empathy for your situation.
It is shamefull and painfull to confess to a group of elders what you have done. But it is more painfull when people who you thoght where your friend abandoned you. It is sad to become an object of gossiping.
I know how you feel!
The worse is when your own heart condenated you for what you have done.
Please remember what the bible says: If you come back to me I will come back to you. Live what is bad and I will come back to you.
Pray to God and ask him for fogiveness, and don't worry anymore about that. Put in your mind that God have already forgave what you have done, and try not to do it again.
Think about how Jesus showed compasion for other and meditate about God love for humanity.
Remember that maybe you lost a battle but not the war. -
