In order to silence Knorr's speech, several war veterans attempted to cut the phone line. A number of Witnesses, alerted to the threat, came out the rear door, reportedly armed with clubs and sticks, and a fight ensued. At least three Klamath Falls residents were injured seriously enough to be taken to the hospital.

Additionally, JW's are quite happy to use violence when it suits them. This quote relates to a Convention held during WW2 where there was mob violence:
The Witnesses defended themselves and when the door was closed again, one attacker—“a large powerful man”—lay unconscious inside the building. He was a police officer and his picture was taken with his badge alongside his face. “We called the Red Cross,” says Brother Milford, “and they sent in two women with a stretcher and took him out. He was later heard to say, ‘I didn’t think they would fight.

Plans for huge Jehovah's HQ take shape
by Formerbrother inhttp://www.chelmsfordweeklynews.co.uk/news/11227290.plans_for_huge_jehovah_s_hq_take_shape/.
its going to be a real beautiful place when its finished.. they are going for quality over quantity.
it used to be accommodation for a few thousand permanent residents, now its looking like less than a thousand permanent with the possibility of a few thousand more in temporary accommodation should the need arise.. some say the plans are going to be like a garden of eden in england :) i mean they had farming in london over the years but this is going to be epic what they are planning for temple farm at chelmsford.. they are planting thousands (literally) of fruit trees, including tropical fruits in huge green houses, huge vines yards and then the same basic farming activities as before.

It seems all the secret underground work has been completed and sealed off with the secret entrance only known to a select few.
Their delusions no know end.

IBSA (Watchtower UK) property portfolio for sale
by betterdaze inbehold: ibsaproperty.com“the extensive ibsa property portfolio in north london is now being brought to the market.”ibsa moved to the leafy london suburbs of mill hill in the late 1950’s.
since then, expansion has required the acquisition of further properties in the immediate area, and in some cases further beyond.
in recent years, relocation to a single site which would offer greater economy of operation became more than a matter of interest, and in 2014 a suitable site in chelmsford, essex was purchased.

To many on this forum have let their faith dwindle
No, they've let logic and reason into their decision making process.
The Bible is NOT the word of God.
All religious books have parts which are undermined by the ever growing knowledge of science.
FB - just keep reading. Once you have taken in enough knowledge and realise there isn't a God, it's incredibly liberating. You have a short time on this blue planet. Go live your life!

How Will Armageddon Begin?
by Cold Steel inand how long will it last?
and who will come after that, yahweh, as the old testament says or jesus, as the new testament says?
the scriptures say he'll come to the mount of olives, but surely that's a spiritual mount of olives.

This war is not fought with literal weapons used in literal war. The symbolism of Revelation and Joel helps define it as fought in the valley of “decision”.
Satan is the Father of the Lie, and from his “mouth” and those under his “woman” covenant (death) with him, lies, dark doctrines and deception are aimed at those in Christ. Rev 12:17,15 The weapons used in Armageddon are truth against lies. Truth originates from the mouth of Christ and faithful messengers who speak it and are under the “woman” covenant of life. Rev 1:15 B, John 4:14; Rev 1:16 B; Rev 19:13,21,15 A; Heb 4:12
Utter nonsense.
Why do people have to substitute one set of sky fairy crap for another set of sky fairy crap?

3. Nations of the world turn on religion. ( Again; not happening tomorrow.)
What's interesting about this idea is what happens when you take 'Christendom' off the table and try to imagine this happening with what's left.
Take the next biggest faith - Islam.
Even with the thought that 'God' has put it into the minds of the Nations that make up the UN to attack religions, how exactly do you attack Islam? It isn't structured in the way the churches are. There isn't a Vatican to attack or a General Synod. Structurally it's much flatter. You have the mosques or masjid (which are very simple buildings, not laden with gold for the nations to 'eat up the fleshy parts') and muslims will quickly tell you they don't have to worship in a building called a mosque. Every clean, proper place is masjid for muslims.
So with those thoughts in mind, how do you attack 1.6 billion people?
It's an insane idea when you think about it.
Then you realise that actually what the WT means by attacking religions is attacking 'Christendom'.
This is just their own revenge fantasy for all the ridicule they've suffered from the churches.
Oh dear.

So my husband got a letter
by Lost his mind inso, he received a letter that i am wondering if it is one of those open letters that are out there to denote time given.
it starts out with the name of the person sending it, then goes into the spiel...do you know our god's name?
when i was shown what it is, i kind of got upset.

First, many claim that the name should not be used because the original way to pronounce it is unknown today. Ancient Hebrew was written without vowels. Therefore, no one today can say for sure exactly how people of Bible times pronounced YHWH. However, should this prevent us from using God’s name? In Bible times, the name Jesus may have been pronounced Yeshua or possibly Yehoshua—no one can say for certain. Yet, people the world over today use different forms of the name Jesus, pronouncing it in the way that is common in their language. They do not hesitate to use the name just because they do not know its first-century pronunciation. Similarly, if you were to travel to a foreign land, you might well find that your own name sounds quite different in another tongue. Hence, uncertainty about the ancient pronunciation of God’s name is no reason for not using it.
The problem here is twofold. The correct name to call God and its use in the Christian Greek Scriptures (or NT).
With regards the first point, the correct name to call God, if it doesn't matter what name to call God then surely God isn't fussed about the name that he is called?
Which means LORD is perfectly acceptable.
The WT argument seems to be that LORD doesn't sound very personal. But no one knows how to pronounce YWHW because God hasn't told anyone. So surely that means God isn't fussed about the name that he is called? This argument gets very circular!
The real problem is the Christian Greek Scriptures (or NT). YHWH never occurs in it. There is an excellent book by Professor Jason BeDuhn called 'Truth in Translation: Accuracy and Bias in English Translations of the New Testament'. In it he's clearly a big fan of the Watchtower's translation of the Bible. But...he devotes the entire appendix to destroying the WT's addition of Jehovah to the Christian Greek Scriptures. Which is what the vast majority of Bible scholars state. It's a fiction. They have changed the Bible to add this.
So YHWH only occurs in the Hebrew scriptures and no one actually knows how to pronounce it - so there is no reason not to use LORD.
YHWH never occurs in the the Christian Greek Scriptures - it's an addition by the WT in their translation.

Point out that Jehovah is not God's name.
No one knows how to pronounce YHWH. For some reason God forgot to tell everyone how to say it. Jehovah is name made up by a Catholic monk. Read more here: Is God's Name Jehovah?
It's important to remember this. No one knows how to say God's name. No one.
