i knew apostasy was a serious concern for the org, but until i watched this video, i had no idea how afraid they actually were.

On Teaching Proper Values:

Yep, your right. The Org. doesn’t fear ignorance and stupidity. If you bother to learn theology, perhaps you’ll understand what that fool couldn’t. Instruction of GIVING. Matthew 6:1-4. But these are the kind of people you guys should cherish, blind obedience to the god of this word.

What we do, must be done from an inward principle, that we may be approved of God, not that we may be praised of men. In these verses we are cautioned against hypocrisy in giving alms, which would having nothing to do with reporting the field service.

But I will say, Apostates and the Catholic Church do have a fear of knowing it doesn’t matter how hard you try, God in heaven will always prevail.

If jw's obeyed all of the bible commandments what would they be like?

In general they do cherry pick Old Testament laws to their convenience like many fundamentalist Christians who condemn gays based on scriptures but ignore other scriptures like the ones found in Deuteronomy 22:13-29.

You forgot to tell your audience what revision of Christ sacrifice was to the mosaic law that became impractical such as cutting someone’s hand for stealing, cutting off someone’s penis for masturbation, blinding someone for desiring a woman or a man’s wife, cutting off someone’s tongue for lying, being stoned to death for adultery, being hung for fornication, etc. You know, little things like that.

i'm not the first to notice what i'm about to point out and comment accordingly, but today i felt compelled to add a short article on my blog highlighting the new language that governing body member geoffrey jackson supplies as a response.

Let’s study just this one observation. I love when people think they know theology. To this nameless person, the word “OBEY” trips him. This is APOSTATE 101 since this person view belongs to millions of EXJWs.

Interesting observance. More qualified than apostles. The Catholic church equates the Bishops as Apostles, under their 4th canon creed (APOSTOLIC SEE) but not more. The GB that I know of in 100 years claim to be fulfilling the slave class not the apostolic class, since Jesus outright made that distention, and the GB is basing themselves of being the FDS under that understanding which falls under the apostles not above them, since the slave class has no powers to heal. Wow! 1.4 billion Christians wrong again, you people have your work cut out to email ALL churches that believe they have the healing power.

What is the observation of a penitent man by having people believe in the removal of sin through penance? Who gave them that power, Jah, Jesus, the Apostles since the first Pope built the HOLY SEE on TOP of Peters rock under that assertion. Oh! Yeah, that would mean the Holy SEE is haughtier.

This is interesting. In this world, anyone believing that had a calling through the holy spirit is viewed as a hierarchy, yet through rhetorical devices you single out the GB. AJW rhetoric, got to love it. Better email the Pontiff to let him know that he’s mistaken about papal infallibility and worldwide Bishops are liars according to you people, since they hold themselves to a higher standard than the GB. The Pope speaks directly with God, and the Bishops are Apostles according to their creed.

i'm writing regarding an article about jehovah's witnesses and their blood transfusion doctrine, found here:http://tinyurl.com/pxku9dgit is clear to me, reading this article, that it's writer is either profoundly ignorant or profoundly biased.

It’s within the frame work of progress that she is relating to. The makeup of blood transfusions was never a cure all from a scientific perspective. Other fusion able material worked just as well in WW2. Now, science has enough insight to produce a reliable substitute or alternative. However, science has always maintained the risk with blood transfusions. So to say, JWs sign their lives away is no riskier when a doctor tells you to sign a document that underlines all those risks associated with a BT. So it becomes a CHOICE of the individual.
