It's ok to use the handicapped stall. The stalls are made to be handicapped accessible, which means that it's made so that the disabled can fit in it. Making the stall handicapped accessible means that everyone can use it. You know like when you make a grocery store handicapped accessible. It makes it easier for the disabled to use.

by buffalosrfree ini just went to the store a few hours ago, some store but does have 4 places for handicap people to park in, well of course when i get there four assholes young people were parked in all four places, and when i had to walk by the them gave them a good piece of my mind.
and they of course got mad (4 guys waiting on their bitches i guess) and told me to "f" myself, when another older man hollered at them they of course told him the same thing, and then a store employee was out there gathering carts and he told them to leave the handicap parking they told him the same thing.
well upon exiting the store there was a local policeman who had driven up (that upholds my belief in god) and was giving all four of the assholes a ticket for parkintg in handicap parking, i made sure i told him about how they acted and what they told me.

by vitty intwenty years ago i rather arrogantly, i now realize, told my in laws that we, meaning my husband and children, event though at the time he wasnt a witness, would be no longer be celebrating pagan holidays like christmas and birthdays, along side any other family orientated get togethers.
they took this massive news, calmly and without a fuss, and allowed me to breeze through their feelings as grandparents because i was right and had to make a stand and not compromise!.
we, myself, my husband and son, have stopped going to meeting for about 18 months now, but leave my adult daughter with the legacy of still being in this cult.. she is now married, has no children yet, but im sure in the near future will do so.. so now, here i am in the same position that i put my unfortunate inlaws in.

This very same thing happened to me too! I was an avid reader and after becoming a witness I started hating to read. It seemed like reading was just too much work. When I'd pick up any other magazine or book (other than JW literature), I'd get guilt feelings. It seemed like I should be reading the Watchtower or Awake or whatever. So, I stopped reading for recreation. I only read what was necessary, and I barely did that.

I, definitely, know how you feel. I did the same thing to my mom, and now my daughters are doing it to me. It's hard to take. I thought that I was doing the right thing...teaching them about Jehovah. I couldn't tell them why I didn't go back to the bOrg because I was to afraid of being considered an apostate or I just didn't know where my head was at (up my ***). My mother lived through it. I hope that I can be as strong as she was. When I talked to her on the phone the other day and told her about the twins, she said the bible says that you're supposed to honor your parents. She didn't say "that's what you get". She'll, probably, say it sooner or later.
Hang in there! Hope for the best and cope with the rest. I will try to do the same.

Ok, I have to tell you the "Me, Myself, and Irene" story line. This guys pulls up in a covertible, two seater sports car. The top is down and he lithely jumps over the door to get out the car. Jim Carrey's character sees this and commenses to trash and demolish this guy's car. When the guy comes out, he's pushing his handicapped grandfather (or whoever) in a wheelchair! He had dropped his grandpa off to shop and was just coming back to pick him up!
My husband is a disabled vietnam veteran. He has the tags on his car. He, also, has the little placard to stick up in the window if he happens to be riding with someone else, he, also, has a card that he has to carry to prove that he's the one that's handicapped (now that one is a joke!). You'd have to be blind to not see his disability. He says that he's talked to the DMV and they say he has a right to park there even if he's not going in. Now, that's what he's told me. I won't say that I believe it. I tell you we argue about it all the time.

Not to make light of your story, but have you ever seen "Me, Myself, and Irene"? What happens to this guys car is hilarious after he parks in a handicapped parking spot. My husband is seriously handicapped. We have arguments all the time about him parking in a handicapped spot just to let me go in the store. He says he can park there. I say don't because I'm not handicapped. This has caused a great many arguments between us. I hate the evil looks that I get. I think he does it on purpose. Here is this, perfectly, normal looking black man sitting in his truck. His upper body looks just fine! But when he gets out of the truck, guess what? He only has one leg. The whole leg and half his pelvis is gone. So, sometimes, you have to be give those kids and wives a chance. They, probably, get tired of getting yelled at for parking in a handicapped spot.

To what extent do JW believe in Ghosts/demons/wicked spirits
by gaybeat ini'm pretty confused by the fact that my mom says jw do not believe in ghosts, yet a sister commented about seeing things flying inside a householder whom performed witchcraft.
to me it was sort of hinting to ghosts or demons are visible to the eye or maybe it was bats?
also i remember one time in bible study, someone was saying how wicked spirits were bothering a family, and so they had to burn all their books on harry potter, and other ghost stories and after that the spirits stopped.

I was taught that before 1914, that the heavens hadn't been cleaned out. Satan and his followers were still there, and that they could come down to the earth in human form. They had sex with the women on earth and made Nephilims (sp?). The Dubs said that Goliath was, probably, a Nephilim. After this was found out by Jehovah (Jehovah didn't know that this was going on??), he took their ability to take on human form away. So now, they are out there, they can bother you if you get involved in demonistic things...like ouija boards... or something of this sort. They do speak of Angels helping in the preaching work, but they say the dead know nothing at all, so there are not ghosts. So there are only Angels or Demons out there????
