Another reason that I keep it is because all of my children have established email addresses through my account with AOL. My oldest, who doesn't live with me, and the twins who don't live with me. I pay for the service. I just want them to be able to have access to the internet. With AOL if you have a computer and a telephone line, you're able to get online just about anywhere. I think???

The Unkindest Cut: Hateful Words from JWs that Show Their True Colours
by Scully ini decided to start this topic when ozziepost shared the experience of a bethel representative telling him and mrs. ozzie "and don't forget, we've got your children!
it's important for us to hear these experiences and to share them with each other.
it helps us tear down the mistaken beliefs that the incidents that happen to us are not isolated ones, but are in fact par for the course when one parts ways with the jws and wts.

Skully I'm with you. Just after having the twins by c-section, they were on me about not going out in field service. I was tired and wore out from taking care of those babies. You know what they told me to do? They said bring the babies out with you in field service.
They didn’t care what the temperature was. At the time, it was in the high heat of summer. I couldn’t believe it. I wondered if they had a clue what heat did to babies? I kept thinking that I was the weak one. Thank goodness my husband wasn’t having it. He said “no way”, and he meant it; and I, definitely, wasn’t going to argue with him about it.

Mines doesn't log off. My daughters did when we had the wireless system hook-up. Now, I have Yahoo DSL and she has Cox Cable. This makes it a direct connection, so she doesn't get logged off. Also, if we happen to have something happen to one service, we'll have the other. We're addicted to the net!

Advice anyone? On how men think and faithfulness.
by gabriella inthis may be kind of a long story but any input or advice would be really appreciated.. i have been married for three years to a really good guy.
he's my best friend and confidante.
not the most spontaneous person i have ever met (he says it is because he is very comfortable in the relationship).

I got a question? What would you think of a woman that left her husband for her sister-in-law's man?

I love AOL. I've been using it forever! I can't even remember when I got it first. I have all of these other online services that I don't use, for instance, Cox Cable, Yahoo DSL and others. I don't even remember what my screen name is on some of the services, but I never forget my AOL screen name.
Why do you hate AOL?

Lurkers and JW apologists: Please read this experience and consider.
by ozziepost init was on another thread (jwfacts' one about his jc meeting) that i posted a personal experience and it occurred to me, that although it is well behind me and i don't dwell on it (much!
), it may be of some help to those who visit here and are unsure what they think about their jw beliefs.. i wrote:.
mrs ozzie and i agreed to have a representative from bethel come to visit us as a friend.
