  i have mostly addressed 1914 problems but she has ignored everything i sent.

  i have to go to work help me send her something.

  our conversation ignited from a post on the jw roofing blog.

  they just called on me

  an older woman and a younger woman with a baby in a stoller knocked on my door.

  my house is so decorated with spider webs,pumpkins,skulls,gravestones, etc.

  when i opened the door the crawling hand and candy dishes started thier seperate sounds and music, i just started to laugh.. she didn't introduce herself as one of jehovah's witnesses, she said she was doing volunteer work.

  I can't shut the door on anyone if they come in peace...if JWs come to my house they are welcome and are offered refeshment and comfort....and we can discuss religion ...my view and theirs. That is just the way I am. It will be up to the Jw visitors if they want to return or not. But I will never turn them away from my door. No point in being rude just because they are blind sheep of the WTS.

  Those who give food at the proper time....Don't eat humble pie...they live high on the hog...They set a Double Standard...One for themsleves and another for us lowly R&F...if you have been Lurking for a few months then I would guess you know where to look up that info.

  Sabotaging one's life...

  i think that if i don't take the time to post this one out of me i may very well implode:(.

  gosh i feel so bloody awful at the moment, and i apologise for laying this on my friends here when i know you all have your own ordeals to deal with.. i've been feeling intensley anxious lately about going home to visit my family at the end of the year.

  there's going to be a bit of a family reunion in my home town, which will mainly consist of my immediate family (my never been baptised brother, my disfellowshipped self, and my fence sitter baptised father) and my uncles family (once an elder of 20years, my aunty, their two 20somethings sons who've never been baptised, and my cousin who like me was diss'd a few or so years ago).

  Show your family that you still love them and talk to them. Approach them in a loving manner and start a convasation by asking how they have been...make little jokes to make them smile...when they walk away from you...they have to see that it is they who are wrong and not you. In other words..prove to them you are not the one shunning them but them shunning you and what a unloving thing shunning is.

  jgant, Thanks, I can't find the Oct, 1st but I do have the Oct. 15th where an article :Benefit from the best education available" is of course a study of the Bible. I guess they do not take their own advice but instead pay for a higher education in the university for their own benifit with the donations from brothers and sisters barely getting by to pay rent.. While telling the RF to trust in Jehovah. What Hypocrites! Why don't they the WTS trust in Jehovah?

  When I was a JW...If I was told not to let my children persue a higher education.....Well, I just would not have that...all my kids went to college. I guess I have always been an independent thinker and didn't know it!

  I have searched but cannot find the article in the Watchtower about NOT persuing a higher education. Anyone here have the article in a file? Thanks in advance.
