by Lady Liberty inmy sister and her husband finally told a elder friend of theirs why they have been absent from the meetings for all these months.
) our family has chosen to only use the 607 issue when dealing with the elders.

Rules without basis
by KW13 inha, i had a laugh the other day.. mum came upstairs and explained that i would no longer be allowed females in my room, yep really lol.. i set out to establish why and the lack of answers and the responses i did get were interesting.. 1) bible based decision?
i had fun with that believe me.
2) i can easily move and get my own place - i accept that but still, i am affected by this decision, it doesn't affect anyone else in the home except me, the rule is just for me, why?.

I was thinking about this very situation this week, and thinking how angry I would get if they start calling after a long period of time passes. It's so obvious they are only calling to "catch you" so they can get rid of you.
You gave them as much respect as they deserved.....IMO. -

AWESOME NIC!! Me and hubby (ITIS) are both certified. I was so scared to do the open water dive in the middle of the ocean. (the FL KEYS) Once I got comfortable in the water and we got our required stuff over, the instructor sent us on our way to explore.....
It is AMAZING! I can't wait to go again....
good luck - with a good instructor the course is a piece of cake. We had a horrid instructor and still passed fine, just required more effort on our part to pass.
