  there's a good chance that candace will join in, but that's not set in stone.

  i can't believe do catholic priest get hit with payouts like this.

  definitely feel terrible what happened to her but to hold the society responsible for a person not living by bible standards is crazy.

  I was dating a chick in December of last year

  i emailed her back after her email and tried to date her again, but i never heard from her again and someone told me very recently that she is still alive and doing fine.

  Just "discovered" sweet potatoes and yams

  sweet potato was already an important crop on pacific islands when europeans landed on the islands: easter island (roggeveen, 1722), new zealand (cook, 1769), and the hawaiian islands (cook, 1778).

  sweet potato, known as kumara, was a staple in the diet of the maoris of new zealand; interestingly, the name kumar is used for this plant in peru!

  If you slice them thinly, baste them with coconut oil on both sides and sprinkle cinnamon on the top and bake them, they turn out like crisp cookies -and they actually taste like cookies too.

  This works better with yams than sweet potatoes. I find sweet potatoes too watery and fiberous for this recipe.

  Lol, one of my pet peeves has to do with the yam/sweet potato:

  I always ask for yams (NOT sweet potatoes) at the grocery store. The clerk inevitably tells me -"oh there they are", and points to the sweet potatoes. When I say no, I want *yams*, they have said, "oh, they are the same thing".

  NO they are NOT the same thing. They are in different families, different orders, one is a monocot (like grass) and one is a dicot, they originated on different continents. They are NOT the same.

  But you can't start yelling at the clerks over stuff like this...
