I am related to Carl Weathers (cousin).
He was in Action Jackson, Predator, Rocky lll & lV, and some of Adam Sandler's movies. I've never met him but my grandfather had a phone conversation with him before he passed (my grandfather, not Carl).I also have a cousin, Robert Weathers, who played for the New England Patriots ('82-'86).
We used to visit with him and his family years ago but we lost contact and I last heard he had moved. I also have another ex-pro football cousin, Clarence Weathers, he played for New England ('83-'84), Cleveland ('85-'88), Idiana ('89), Kansas ('89), and then Greenbay ('90-'91). -

Who threw your first birthday party after leaving the organization?
by Mysterious inwho threw your first birthday party after you left the organization, or did you throw it for yourself?
my best friend threw mine, it was my 18th birthday.

It was my 21st bday (1/9/01) and I was living with my best friend at the time her older sister and their cousin. I had an ice cream cake and some alcohol I bought at the 7-11 around the corner and some smokes. And then my bf at the time chose to break up with me that day. Oh well at least I had some alcohol.

THE NEWS IS BIGGER THAN DATELINE, BBC, CBC, ETC.
by AndersonsInfo inif i told you that something bigger is on the horizon than dateline, bbc, cbc, sunday (australia), and all other tv programs which exposed the sexual child abuse cover-up by watchtower in 2002-2003, would you believe me?
have i ever misled you?
i'll answer that--no!

Hmmm sounds a little bit like Scientology to me. Next thing you know they'll start making their own "auditing" machines.

why do...
by ballistic inpeople that hear voices telling them to do things always end up murdering someone.
why not voices telling people to make someone a nice cup of tea, or voices to pay a compliment to someone or give to charity?.
hey - i am no way trying to take the piss out of anyone with these kind of mental illnesses, just a genuine question having watched films two nights running dramatising murders caused by people hearing voices.. there is a deeper issue here, why when things go wrong with the brain do they deviate to the "evil" and not to the "good".

I've always wondered that too. Or like how people with tourettes always cuss but never say nice things.

We have the Truth, We have the Truth, We have the Truth, We have the Truth!
by nicolaou init's always fun (well for a geek like me anyway), to take a quote from a wt mag' and tweak it to show clearly the duplicitous nature of the writers.
the first quote below has not been touched - compare it the one beneath.. nic' .

Where did you sit at the Kingdom Hall?
by truthseeker ini always preferred the back of the hall.
here, i could go to sleep, read the latest awake!
if you're at either end of the middle row of seats, you can see who has studied their watchtower and who hasn't.

When I was with my parents we would always sit in the middle and we took up practically the whole row (parents+6 kids).
Whenever we would start to fade it always on the side very close to the windows near the back. I got up at least 3-4 times "to use the restroom."
