  actually, she is the daughter of my employee beth.
  i have a great business..i'm blessed.
  here is another client who naps on my desk every afternoon....he's just cuteness "gone to seed"!!!!

  i'm having a blast. makes life a little more cheerful. i think it may be an artistic outlet for me. i love "critters" so i get some pretty good chances during the day to get good pix. I have a doggy daycare..
  my clients love getting e-mails with pix.... here's one my daughter actually took. i was in our recliner with six or 7 pups and she got some cute pix of them

  just finished watching the news on the tube saying that the u.s. is gonna get hit by terrorists again sometime this week !

  ashcroft says they dont know were or when but sources say there will be another terrorist attack on the u.s. this week !

  the media is just feeding us great doses of fear..it sells news and "non-news".
  i bought into it when i was a jdub...and armegeddon never came. not to say that we won't get hit again, we may. I just think that the media needs somthing to keep THEM going....and they love this terrorist stuff.
  i have no answers except to know where you are going when you leave this life and don't stop living because a few million muslims hate us.
  maybe i'm just not dealing with it well. but who are we as americans to escape the misery that the rest of the world eats daily.
  we have it so good, but we take it for granted. i will do all i can to support my country, but i think alot of things will be decided for us. i sort of believe some of the conspiricy stuff.

  my family went on a picnic in the hills of virginia, about an hours drive from home.

  we had so much fun and the trees were beautiful.

  Ignorant Elder Comments

  i don't know if this was discussed here before, but, what is the most ignorant comment you ever heard an elder say.

  i once had an elder say to me that my brother, who was at the time fighting in vietnam will be destroyed and killed over in 'nam because he did not accept "jehovah"!!!!

  i promptly told him to go "f" himself.

  oh,,,i remember one now
  i was talking to our PO about being baptized after a meeting one day. good ol norman beauchane pulls out my "card" and comments how i have NOT been in FS and poor meeting attendance, trouble to parents etc....
  i looked over at the card he held, and would you believe he had not my card, but my younger sisters !!!!!i had been in this kh since i was 9 ...his wife studied w/ my mom. he had been in our home numerous times..and he did not know who i was!!!!!
  needless to say this was just one of more than a few times elders (or others) were less than shepherd like.
  oh , the hall was small, less than 100 pp...go figure

  another sad one comes to mind...
  after my dad had died, my mom, knowing the bro's would be there for her( hahahahahah) had to WALK to get to town , as she never drove until a few years later. any how a bro drove past her and did not stop to offer a ride, BECAUSE..it would be IMPROPER for him to be seen ALONE with a recently widowed(read single) woman and would reflect poorly on the cong...now that is major bull-tikky piled up sky high.
  but mom perservered...died 20 years later a loyal dub....
  stay tuned for more stupid elder/jdub stuff!!!!
