I'm not sure that our nicknames are all that flattering, although the first thing that came to mind was "Lielith." I have a deep, abiding empathy for that poor demonized legend, Lilith,Adam's first wife, who refused to lie on her back for him, and was dispelled from Paradise for it; she was worshipped as a goddess, before the Judaeo tradition turned her into an evil, child-eating succubus. I have not set foot inside a KH in at least 20 years, but all this has me so excited, I'm thinking about getting myself re-instated just so that I can find a way to make myself into a serious "thorn" in their sides! If it would really accomplish anything, that's just what I plan to do. I think I'm going to KH on Thursday, locally, just to see what's going on with the fools! Really. I really like the idea of acting all astonished by the "big news" when it comes out. "Oh, MY, HOW COULD they? Someone at the WTB&TS lied?! No! It just can't be true?! We have always known them to be paragons of virtue in THIS community . . ." blah, blah, blah. I wonder how many at the local KH would even know who I am after all these years? LOL! I shall definitely not dress the way I did in 1981! How about that form-fitting, way-above-the-knees, little black dress, with the cleavage cut-out? Heels & black tights.

I just finished reading post #105 from Barbara, and based on that, and on all of the other hints, I'm guessing some kind of major perjury (in court) that involves either money and/or a sex scandal. This could be major news. Katrina-related? Maybe. Or child abuse? Maybe. Or all three? Maybe. Slave labor? Who knows?

The only thing I can get that excited about, and that seems to deserve this much ado, is a major, successful class action lawsuit against the borg; and let it be one that I can sign on to. I am eagerly awaiting your post regarding your news. I am so excited, I think I'll pee my pants! I know the imagery is bad, and so like something we'd hear at the klingon hall, but I feel as if I'm diving into an (informational) feeding frenzy, a feeding frenzy that I will find enjoyable. On what day will we know the news? I am keeping a vigil at my computer, (circling like a shark)! I'll write all the letters you'd like me to write. I'd love to be a part of helping. Seeing the borg continue to lose credibility publically and to lose money -- now that, would be big news to me. And I couldn't care less about getting any dough out of it. Justice is all that I want for all of the victims, and an end to the victimization. That's it.
