As a nurse, I can say that it has been used that way by some medical professionals. We also use the term "pillow therapy" alot!! I know the other nurses will know what I mean!!

Yeah, pillow therapy is pretty self explanatory. Funny (I thought it was hilarious) thing happened here in Portland a couple of days ago. A local 51 yr old emergency room nurse got home after work to find a burglar in her house. He had a hammer she had her bare hands. She choked the motherf----- to death! then went next door and asked her neighbor to call 911.

burglar was a career criminal 59 yrs old 5'9" 180 lbs.

nurse - 5'7" 260lbs.

May a JW mail carrier deliver mail to a church?

When I was an elder we had a Bro. who worked for magazine and candy distributor. About half the mags he delivered were of the rankest T&A. He picked up the unsold copies and had to tear off the covers. Obviously the temptation to thumb through them was overwhelming and sure enough he, his wife, brother and sister in law were all a constant source of weired sex issues. We encouraged him to find other employment and he was not given any priviledges, but we never had any grounds to DF him at that time in the mid '70s.

Goldminer - Yes, The Good Earth, it's been so long since I read it. Along with The Grapes of Wrath and My Left Foot it makes you appreciate how tenacious and noble people can be in the face of tremendous hardship.

At the time I read it, "Your Erroneous Zones" by Wayne Dyer gave me some perspective that was very helpful in getting my head clear while I was going through Watchtower withdrawl.

That was in the late '70s. Since then if I pick it up and read a few paragraphs it reminds me of just how stunted I was in the ability to do critical thinking at that time. It was baby food, but that's all I could handle and it was perfect.

Just being a Former JW does not really narrow down a person to a neat package. There are FJW women who were booted because they liked to close up the bars every night and take somebody home. There are also FJW women who are intelligent and gutsy enough to recognize a screwball cult when they see it. I think you have to take the time and make the effort to find a suitable mate the old fashioned way, court them to get to know them and hold off on the sex until you have a pretty good idea who she is... the JW connection is not that important, IMHO.

this was such a sad exhange and just shows how unnatural this bogus rule by the wbts is.. i see my moms name on the caller id and i immediately pick up.

(keep in mind we live 2 blocks apart).

Top Jimmy and his Rythm Pigs - They were the best! Saw them in Nairobi in '74. Nobody could get the sounds out of an accordion like Nappy. That plane crash robbed us of some great music!
