The world is not a perfect place. Most people are careful not to walk down dark alleys in bad parts of town or flash cash in seedy bars, etc.
They become 'victims'. Sad and tragic for sure. But were they foolish in the risks they took? This is not 'blaming' the victim. In this case:

I think I have more empathy for this poor guy than you do. All you see is a another way to grind your liberal ax. I don't think you give a damn about the poor devil. Your anger at something is bleeding through your every word. I have made a possibly erroneous guess that it is coming from the liberal movements frustrations I have mentioned above. If I am wrong, sue me.
