  Good point.

  The sheep would have to know or be told The Shepherd's TRUE intentions concerning the sheep.

  A question only The Shepherd Himself can answer....once He does...we have to trust it.

  First He must make sure everyone knows His line of communication is clear and can be trusted as His words...and not the one's who He has chosen to be His line of communication to you.

  His plan is to speak to everyone and develop relationships with everyone just as His firstborn. That is the long term goal.

  Can sheep turn into children?

  Who always asks the questions?

  Is not the "right" answer what THEY consider right and teach?

  What would be their reaction..if you answered one of their questions with an answer they had not provided....would they consider it to be right or wrong?

  Would it be discussed in front of everyone...or dealt with behind closed doors?

  if a person wrote a book with all kinds of hard to understand words in it...even some seemingly simple ones too.. lets say "sea"....do you know what the "sea" is to the author?

  is it an ocean..lake...or big river..or a creek?.

  how would you ever know for sure..if the author was dead or unreachable?.

  You know a baby or toddler would have a better knowledge of the Bible than the best of theologians IMO.

  Because a toddler hasn't had the definitions of the seemingly simple words drilled into their head yet by people who don't know the Author or speak His language.

  They have a fresh slate that demands they pick up on the language so they can effectivily communicate with their parents their needs and wants.

  And a toddler would look up a simple word like "sea" and try to master it....one word at time...until the entire language is learned......while the know-it-allls...remain blind and ignorant and pretend to understand the language as their own.

  Thats how I see it anyway.

  it seems that after rutherford's death that every wts publication was anonymous.

  that was done to create a subconscious belief in the reader of divine authorship.

  the watchtower is written by the fds and they are god's only channel of communication.

  i would guess that so nobody has to put their name to anything and accept responsibilty if proven wrong....if this did happen powers that be could pick a fall guy of their choosing to blame it on...get rid of him and carry on white as snow.

  can the elders hold a jc and disfellowship someone in absentia, without even making contact with you beforehand?

  can they just summons you to a jc by, say, leaving a note in your letterbox or a message on your answerphone, and if you don't turn up, diss you anyway?

  personally...i would never run from them.....and would welcome their challenge to my intentions, actions, and opinions...and do my best to turn their attack which I cannot stop...into a full on retreat.

  If they were for real what they say they are...I would be a demon running from them and the "truth" they claim to possess.

  i never once heard of Jesus running away from demons.....

  Or did i misinterpert something?

  New special campaign....a few things that most don't see....

  ok. we have that "special" campaign ahead.....i still don't know how i will avoid participating....my family is all excited and will put the pressure on.....i might get my 50 tracts and toss them somewhere......it will look suspicious that i finished after an hour and "placed" 50 pcs in a territory that is closed to jw.....anyway.

  here a few thoughts that crossed my mind:.

  everybody at my hall is all excited about this special tract and i can't get the nice conversations i usually have with a few going, because of the excitement.
