I do think that as flu, there will need to be a yearly booster jab for vulnerable people. Flu evolves each year, and covid probably will too, so there will be a need to tweek the vaccine each year.
One slight plus that has emerged is to make us all realize how easy it is to pass on an infection from one person to another. So more hand washing, less touching of others, and more meet ups outdoors wherever possible.

I got taken in hook, line and sinker when i was 18. I gave up my apprenticeship to regular pioneer. Very soon I was appointed as a mini servant. I remember auditing the congs accounts once and even recommended we start sending some money to the society each month, as it wasnt being done lol.
i eventually saw the light when I was taking the book study each week and we were studying the Revelation book. I just suddenly realized what the book was saying was total rubbish. I stepped down and eventually faded. Best thing I ever did. Took me 20 years though to get to that stage.

i have had two jabs of the oxford-astrazeneca vaccine.. after my first jab i experienced flu-like symptoms - shivering, wanted to lie down in a dark room, etc.. i experienced no side effects after my second shot.. how about you?.

I had the A Z jabs earlier this year. no side effects whatsoever
after all that has been happening these past years and changes that have been made on many fronts in the religion ,beliefs ,practices ,policies child abuse ,shunning ,etc, and different countries now taking a closer look at the religion ,i just wonder if the lawyers are now pulling the strings on how the organization functions and operates.. what are your thoughts about this ?.
They realized a long time ago, that they had to adjust their doctrines to comply with legal requirements. They have done that on many issues.
my opinion is if possible fading is the best way to go..
I faded years ago, and was certainly the best thing for me. Some witnesses shun me anyway, but it has meant i still can have a relationship with my JW elder son.

i find leaks exciting, especially if it's something that was never meant to be public and puts some serious egg on the faces of the blundering body..
If its something Lloyd is posting, then you know it will be good. There's no need for him to go into details before the new video is posted. We all know how the governing body feel about anyone who speaks out about their org, so this will just be the latest example of this.

Vaccinations are literally saving the lives of millions of people worldwide. The more people that get vaccinated the more freedom we will all have in the future. I think its a great idea to find people that for whatever reason have been hesitant about getting the jab. There is a lot of misinformation out there, so having someone who cares about you coming to your door to answer your questions is a great initiative in my opinion.
it has been 40 years since 1975 when 6000 years of human creation took place according to wt theology,when jesus christ was supposedly to begin his 1000 year reign in which earth was supposed to be turned back to an eden like paradise.. 1975 was the second attempt of the wt to predict when 6000 years of human creation took place,the first time it was supposed to have occurred was in 1872 .. so by that reckoning we should be living 40 years into jesus christ`s 1000 reign .. on the other hand wt theology states that jesus returned in 1914 to do what ?

of course this all hinges on jehovah`s witnesses / watchtower belief that a creative day was 7000 years long that they taught for decades .. do they still cling to this belief ?
They no longer say that each creative day was 7000 years long. like every other failed announcement they simply change it, and the sheep meekly follow.
