  i have come to this website/forum looking for friendship and guidance along with a bit of support.

  i hope here i can learn more about jehovah.

  my family is soo against it, and i hope i can gain more knowledge here, for i am thirsty for it.

  actually I think there are scriptures which back that it up, it was brought up once or twice in someting i was reading, give me til tommorow to find it though. I am under 18, I am only 16

  ok, my bf is witness, and i am studying to become baptized.

  but he and i have sexual control issues that we are trying to work on.

  (we cant keep our hands off eachother and control our desires).

  okay that sorta works. so I am assuming petting is just unclean, is it a sin then?

  I was warned a good several times, and plus with the bible studying I do by myself says it, and the literature i read it says that to. I think that is why they wont let me, because of influence.

  'Gay weddings' are legal in the UK from today. How do you feel about it?

  hundreds of gay couples are preparing to form civil partnerships in the coming weeks as the law changes after decades of campaigning.

  at least 1,200 ceremonies are confirmed as being scheduled already and registrars are preparing for the first ceremonies, with couples permitted to register from monday morning.

  so how do you feel about it?

  on the topic of Gay's and Gay marriage: I tolerate it, but I dont think they should be able to, but eventually they will be allowed to prolly in many many places. However they will be living in sin and will not inherit Jehovah's kingdom.

  what exactly would get us into trouble with the congretion? I mean what do they shun? what is bad and what is okay between a couple? as long as we dont have sex are we not fine?

  yeah I am still living at home so it's a pain. Like i have to pray and study in my room and it is not allowed anywhere else in the house. lol

  yeah i noticed its kinda hard to find a good site

  mixed means athiest, catholic, ect.

  I got into contact with them about 4-5 months ago. Actually I was searching for someting which I actually believed and that made sense to me, and I found the watchtower society. And I began researching more, and eventually got to where I am now. My current bf is JW to, and helps me with the issue.

  My family is against it because half are mormon and the other half are mixed. Also 100% of my family looks at it like a cult, and dont want me involved. they are ignorant or something....dunno

  No, I am not baptized, but am studying to become baptized as one, but getting to KH meetings is really hard cause of the family issue. But i do plan on getting baptized as soon as possible. I follow all the beliefs and study diligently.

  I do have a question as to why you had quit/resigned/whatever ya wanna call it. I am just curious as to why, was it because of all the needed dedication, or the stress it brings upon its youth?? was it the fanaticness?

  I am a youth of 16 and we seem to be oppisite. my family shuns me wanting to be baptized as a JW and me wanting to go to the congration and stuff. But your family is oppisite. what made you want out?
