  HOW WOULD A WITNESS ANSWER THIS?

  ok, i responded on another thread about a blood issue, but i suddenly thought of a new point of view that, as far as i know, hasn't been touched on yet (i apologize if it has been) and i wanted to get your opinion.

  as we all know, the governing body refuses blood transfusions based on the scriptures that talk about pouring the blood of a dead animal "out on the ground" because the life is in the blood, yada, yada yada.

  they have stated openly that there is no difference between eating the blood of a dead animal, and taking blood from a live human, even to save a life.

  They are so hypocritical it isn't even funny.

  • They can accept blood fractions. OK, Where do these blood fractions come from??? From someone who had the heart to donate his/her blood for the making of such fractions.
  • They cannot give blood for the making of fractions but can accept such fractions made from someone else who donated his/her blood.
  • The person donating the blood in the first place should have had such blood poured out on the ground and not fractioned out.
  • You cannot store your own blood for a future operation because according to the Society it has left the body. But it is OK for a person on dialysis to have his/her blood cleansed and returned to the body. Whats the difference? When blood leaves the body it leaves the body, PERIOD.

  Would you have stayed if essential changes were made?

  when you began doubting the wts did you decide that there was no remedy and you had leave them, or did you say if they change on such and such points i will stay on?

  what were those points that if changed you would approve of the jws and stay in?

  for me it was not an issue because i wanted to see many changes and they wouldn't carry them out.

  Once I found out all the lies and cover ups it was just a matter of time. I asked 3 different people about the Mexico/Malawi issue. None of them ever looked into it and got back to me. That was the beginning of the end for me. It was only a matter of time before I was DF'd. I still find it amazing how far they will go to hide the truth.

  if you can acccurately disprove the mathematics in the following i will be at the local kingdom hall first thing in the morning and ask the elders if i may rejoin them in worship.. here is some information i have compiled regarding what the watchtower has printed in regards to the babylonian kings and how the lengths of their reigns can be calculated to arrive at the date of the destruction of jerusalem by nebuchadnezzar.

  if you're like me you've probably remained totally clueless whenever the subject of the chronology leading to back 607 b.c.

  as the date for the destruction of jerusalem by nebuchadnezzar comes up.

  Honesty, I would have stayed a witness if any one of the elders or my own sister could of answered the Mexico/Malawi issue. NONE of them could. Even my presiding overseer said he would come over my house with the Circuit Overseer that very next week. Guess what? Never showed. My sister never looked into it and got back to me as she said she would. So now I am DF'd from them. No one ever had the balls to research it.

  Some how I think you will be home like myself tomorrow instead of at the KingDumb hall. Enjoy your coffee. I'll join you with a cup of my own.

  Congrats Drew,

  I know how the elders get around answering any hard questions, they just avoid them. I never got an answer about Malawi/Mexico from the elders. One elder said he was going to come over with the Circut Overseer that very next week and never showed. Glad you are moving on Drew. I wish you the very best.

  simon and angharad, thanks to you two for putting up with the crap necessary to keep this place available to disenfranchised outcasts like me.

  I would not have been able to come to the point where I am today if it were not for JWD. Like you AuldSoul I thank everyone here also from the bottom of my heart. There has been no one from the Org that has been able or willing to answer ANY of the questions I handed them from my research. I know now beyond any doubt that the WTS is a fraud. I thank you too AuldSoul for being there for me when I needed you.

  with two thirds of my sentence complete, i am almost ready for parole.. there was some unbelievable stuff said today - i think there must be some sort of hallucinogenic gas coming through the ac, because no one batted an eyelid over what was said from the platform.. as usual, i will highlight the main talks.. .

  This is a bunch of bullshit. The reason I am here is because of researching the WT on the internet. I am sure I'm one of many many persons who are no longer a witness due to looking up the WT on the net. When I had real questions about some of the things I learned, guess what?? NO ELDER would come over to answer my questions. Esspecially the one about Mexico/Malawi. So no wonder they don't want people to research on the net. They know that the TRUTH would set them FREE.
