Child abuse
by scary21 ini have been reading all the posts on this, and watched all the proceedings.
it is very shocking and the jw elders look really bad.
that being said, if the secular authorities made mandatory reporting everywhere across the board, would that not close the jw stupid loophole ?

yes, the org does not want that loophole closed though. It keeps them in the liability clear, and the shame clear. -

A few facts to ponder
by Nitty-Gritty ini have been in correspondence recently with silentambs and a few interesting things have been highlighted.
some of you may know, that bill bowen has twice tried to get the fbi involved in investigating child molestation issues in the jws org.
this is what he said to me, i quote: we have reported to the fbi on two occasions and were rebuffed due to them not wishing to get involved with a religion.

Also Nitty-Gritty don't you want the authorities to turn on your precious religion so the desert god gets pissed enough to push the big Armageddon button????
I'm so confused by your bronze age religion...

No matter what comes of this, it's still exposing a lot of internal information that is good to get out in the public eye. If there is not a law that dictates these things yet, sometimes things like this and the catholic church must happen in order to change what is considered "criminal".
its still exposure.

I think I finally understand what Nitty-Gritty is saying...
since the watchtower publishing company he worships is not a criminal organization (yet) there really is no precedent for them to protect children from being raped.
until further notice let the rape continue!

Nitty-Gritty what congregation are you in? I'd love to send them a letter of recommendation of what a zealous effort you put forth defending them on apostate message boards. lol -

NittyGritty you should be punished by sitting in a room with victims that are a result of the WTBTS negligence and explaining to all of them you insightful apologists rants. -

In any event
Your question
Now you tell me, you big thinkers out there, why do you think the FBI really does not want to get involved?
Who/what does the FBI investigate?
https://www.fbi.gov/about-us/investigate/what_we_investigate
Spies. Terrorists. Hackers. Pedophiles. Mobsters. Gang leaders and serial killers. We investigate them all, and many more besides.
The very heart of FBI operations lies in our investigations—which serve, as our mission states, “to protect and defend the United States against terrorist and foreign intelligence threats and to enforce the criminal laws of the United States.” We currently have jurisdiction over violations of more than 200 categories of federal law, and you can find the major ones below, grouped within our national security and criminal priorities. Also visit our Intelligence program site, which underpins and informs all our investigative programs.
Now no one has claimed that the Jehovah's Witness organization ARE pedophiles, they are also are not Spies, Terrorists, Hackers, Gang Leaders, or Serial Killers.
The real answer is there activity is not considered criminal (yet), I think most would agree its unethical and negligent in order to protect their own asses.
You know what also used to not be a criminal activity NittyGritty you stupid ass... SLAVERY. Thank YHWH we progress as a species right? Stop trying to make an apologist stance out of complete irrelevant non-issue
why don't you go FOAD. You disgust me, thanks b-bye

Do you feel vindicated by the exposure of the WT Society in Australia? It seems like a feeding frenzy on here! I love it. You?
by Wasanelder Once inare you pleased with the exposure of the society in australia?
do you feel personally vindicated by it?
do you think it gives you credibility with others now that all the things you said were going on, actually are documented?
