I think this new effort on their part shows they are losing their religion to science and they know a lot are waking up (not so much to jw fuckery) to the bible and god being total BS. Starting to seem more desperate to present "scientific" opinion.

Freedom of speech?
by The Rebel inattending my boys parents evening it was mentiond they were to study the " diary of anne frank".
( he is 10 years old) i pointed out to the teacher that having read the book, in my option the book was not written entirely by anne frank, and i would educate my boy on why i believe this to be so.. in my mind this was a totally reasonable responce by me, but it has resulted in the head-master of the school wanting to meet with me.
i think it wrong that an educational system will i suspect meet with me and presumably suggest my options on the " anne frank diary" constitute hate speech, as nothing could be further from the truth.. freedom of speech is never absolute, but at what point do you think it reasonable and justified?

Its reasonable as long as others are allowed to criticize the speech of the other exercising their freedom.
Cult like JWS and Islam demand freedom of religion/speech, but prohibit from others.
Idiotic things like JW indoctrination cartoons and KKK hate demonstrations are allowed but the majority are allowed to tell them they are f--cking idiots. This freedom, and the freedom to criticize should keep things in check, once that is lost one extreme will take over.
Freedom of speech is only dangerous when it becomes one sided, when you are the good extremism as long as you are the right kind of extreme.
Freedom of speech HAS to be absolute to work. So a few crack pots can say whatever they want as long as they can be challenged not silenced.

Why do witnesses feel the need to put JW ORG on all their social media sites?
by stuckinarut2 inhave you all noticed the obsession witnesses have of putting jw.org on all their social media sites like facebook, twitter, instagram etc?.
so many put it in their bio section...like some sort of loud proclamation to other witnesses that they are righteous and spreading the message.. it's also very lazy.
now with no personal effort at all, they can just say jw.org and be "witnessing".

Being a JW is mostly about showing other JWS just how "JW" you are. Not even unbelievers but fellow sheeple. I was criticized back before I was wholesale shunned for not having any pics on my instagram from conventions, out in service, etc. This was from people who just months earlier considered social media to be the devil. -

I think generally they don't care because the witnesses historically were known to the outside as doorstep sales people. That was their biggest identifier among nonjw. With the last two years they a re becoming more visible for other things. Part or their becoming more "mainstream" in their actions.
