  if god made the bible for us then why has he made it so difficult to understand?.

  dunno really, i find it fairly easy to understand. JW's made it confusing by twisting scriptures and making everything apply to them.

  its been a strange 17 years (18 in october whoo!).

  My Wife Just Called Me...

  she found an envelope with my name and "personal & confidential" typed on it taped to the door of our apartment.

  i asked her to open it and read it, and evidently there is some evidence of apostacy that they want to review with me this saturday (4-21-06) at 7:30 pm.. the funny thing is that i have not been to a meeting since 1993, the last time i was at a circuit assembly or district convention was 1995!

  i know that i have been spotted going to my church (3 blocks from the king-dumb hell).

  you'd have to say there are elders ready to meet you at the kingdom hall @ X time, add bits so they don't ring an elder and check...maybe

  A memory from being a JW

  i remember when mum first started going (for the second time).

  she was disfellowshipped, thus no one would talk to her or me if i was with her.

  i kinda felt cut off too.

  ah, i've done the watch thing lol.

  Used to hate it when mum would start hitting me with notebooks and making me sit-up if i stopped paying attention. All it made me do was get annoyed.

  Copy that letter, edit it slightly and go post it on some dubs front doors, let them all get nervous lol.

  What is the best way to be asked out?

  this is for guys and gals alike.. how would you like best to be asked out?.

  i can't stand the subtle method most women use.

  just say you think i'm cute or whatever and ask me out.

  The advantage of not commenting often at the hall...

  those that comment often at the hall never know when the elder will chose them to comment, but when a person never comments like me, he only has to prepare one question, raise his hand and bingo, the elder asks that person to comment.. .

  so, i used to prepare only 1 or 2 questions in my watchtower

  i used to love the C.O visit cos the watchtower would be question and answer only...then he'd do a whole talk

  I'd usually get the answer there and then, reading the paragraph and because its so simple, you'd see the answer jumping out at you something would come to mind
