This is capricious and onerous:
Judge Daniel P. They likewise submitted evidence that no safety or health concerns motivated its passage. This evidence has not yet been rebutted.”
They have a right to work for the repeal of Roe v. Wade. Elected officials have a sworn duty to uphold the laws of the land, whether they agree with them or not.
