Florida man shoots teen
by designs inmichael dunn pulled into a convenience store parking lot next to a suv full of teenagers who were playing loud music.
he asked the teens to turn down the music, it is uncertain what words were exchanged at that point.
michael dunn then shot 4 times into the driver's side of the suv.

I'm moving to Bonita Springs, Florida
by HappyDad init's time for the next chapter in my life.
on friday, jan. 31, i will be 67 years old.. the contract job i was working ended in july, 2013. it was a plus money wise for my pension and social security.
i worked for an engineering firm at the same company that i was with for 30 years.. thankfully i never listened to the wtbts about quiting my job to pioneer or other bs stuff.

Your statement infers that the fetus's viability factors into this in some manner.
It seems that the law was open to interpretation - since November 28 the hospital has been complying with what they thought the law said. Maybe I am a bit cynical, but is it not possible that the judge was influenced in his decision by the knowledge that the fetus was not just inviable, but damaged?

Even so, at this point it seems like even the poorest people are better off than they were years ago when things were less unbalanced.
It always amazes me when I see the cleaners in my office walking around talking on their $60 a month $2-300 smart phones.
I don't recall when things were less unbalanced than now.
BTW, it is nearly mandatory to have a cell phone now - it is how people communicate. Some people get jobs and business through their cell phones. My son works a FT job and gets calls to repair computers on the side. Working multiple jobs is how some people make ends meet.
