My cat seems to love ice cream and rice crackers. But he is a little weird anyway. We took him to the vet to get cut and the vet gave him back saying there, "was no need."

For those of you with kids and/pets....
by FreedomFrog inwe have a monitor for our little one and i was awoken pretty early with "music".
ok, this isn't quite unusual because she'll wake up and then put her music thing on that's in her baby bed then go back to sleep.
but this time it started singing "rockin to the music...1,2,3...rockin to the music 1---2---3" ok, that is when it got my attention.

Dear Imustbreakaway,
Have you ever heard of the SCA or Society for Creative Anacronisms (sp)? I'm just judging your avatar. Depending on your hobbies and interests, you may find "your kind" among them (again, just judging from your avatar).
Everyone has a pod.
Blessings,
~Brigid
Thanks for the thoughts. I have done some renfests but my avatar is really just a joke, it was the first red-beared viking i could find. I have always enjoyed ren-fests but was discouraged as a child.. (big suprise) Might look into it again..

Never been popular anywhere, never will be. I am friendly. I get invited sometimes. Everyone likes me. But no tried and true friends. Never met someone "cut from the same cloth." My loss really. Perhaps i keep people at an arms length.

If the society says jump...................you say
by wannaexit inwell the c.o was visiting the congregation a few weeks ago and he made an interesting comment.. he said that years ago when the society said "jump" the brothers would respond "how high?.
now when the society says "jump" the brothers ask "why"?.
this tells me that the walls of this spiritual paradise are cracking and that many are not willing to put up with all the crap that jw's of the past did.. what do you think?

When i was in bethel the saying was a little different. When bethel first started it was Jump out the window.
Answer was, "wheeeeee!!"
Then the answer became, "show me that in the watchtower... ok wheeee!!!"
Then the answer became, "show me that in the bible... ok wheeeee!!!"
Now it's, "I don't see how that applies...."

c.o. came and went recently. I know that i am "inactive" but also there are a lot of sisters in the hall with UBMs. Maybe they just assume i am one of those. Also i give them the impression that i work a lot. (the answer is always "I'm working")

DEFENDING THE LIE----by avoiding the truth about THE TRUTH
by Terry init is surprising how intellectually dishonest an otherwise wonderful person can be; (a loved one) when it comes to holding on to.
a horrible lie.. you see it everyday.
a woman will defend her husband against child-molesting and disbelieve her own daughter.

Related question. Wife wants to go to the library his weekend and look for evidence on the 607 date. Any good (common) books i can direct her attention to? (i'm going with her but i am trying to take this slowly, a general awakening.)

How long has this board been up? Most DB only have a lifespan of 4-5 years. Also will be a resurgance with "new light" you can only rehash so many times. Also i am more active in the winter than the summer and the weather has been nice.

No family this hall, moved here maybe two years ago. No one knew us then. Maybe that's why.
