  In the spirit of match-making, who do you have a crush on?

  eh heh?

  i know this is either going to be one of those topics where people consider it a popularity contest or something....i'm just being an imp and seeing if anyone will be forward enough to tell about the person that they would like to date.. me, i'm married so that leaves me out!

  yep, thats right, haunted.

  i have never had a dwelling place with so many unexplained noise and goings on.

  lights that have been turned off, magically turn back on and visa versa.

  <div>my very first visit to this website several years ago, was because i wanted to find out what the few surprises were going to be at the sydney 2003 convention.

  (i have family that are jehovahs witnesses but i am not) .

  it took a few months to sink in, but i gradually came to accept the real truth that these surprises are nothing of the sort.

  that pretty much sums it up...
  of course there are the brain management tactics they use to ensure the "loyalty"
  of the members.
  and though they are all working publishers for the conglomerate publishing house,

  What was the wildest thing you saw an elder do or say?

  after replying to a recent thread, it made me think:

  i`ll bet that there are some wacky elder experiences out there.

  what was the wackiest thing you saw an elder do or say?

  there was also the famous f-bomb during the prayer.
  a newer brother (k, so it wasn't an elder) had the closing prayer and seeing that it was his first time, he brought up notes to ensure he covered the major points...
  well, unfortunately he lost his place and slipped in a frustrated "F*CK!"

  OMG, how could i forget this one.
  
  This was during the bookstudy where we were covering The Greatest Man who ever Lived.
  Remember the story about the woman with the "flow of blood"?
  
  well, the conductor paused for a long moment, leaving us all hanging and half to himself
  half hoping we would help him out... he stared at his hands in wonder and said:
  
  "i don't understand. where was she bleeding from?"
  
  the entire room remained silent. he shrugged his shoulders and moved on.

  during a shepherding call discussing doubts about the organization,
  this one elder said that he read this book on the Masons and was so fascinated by their beliefs...
  
  the other elder glared at him, like "what the heck are you saying?"...
  
  then i became a Mason.
