stupid...he's appealling.
Sean Hannity is currently advertising this cause on his radio program to raise the $25,000 needed to keep his home. Sean also said he would pay the entire $25,000 himself if it wasn't raised. He then went further and is offering to install flag poles and flags in any neighbors yard that wishes one, free of charge.
Maybe I'm just too radical, but it seems a sad state of affairs when burning and desecrating our national flag is consitutionally protected, but flying it high and proud isn't.

Charlie, the problem with NAMBLA is that they aren't in the open. In the lawsuit, it is being asked for a list of members and the ACLU wishes for that to be blocked and also have a gag order placed on all proceedings. Freedom of speech should not include the publishing and distribution of pamphlets such as "Rape and Escape." The title speaks for itself.

Currently, the Housing Association is trying to foreclose on the exMarines house for their legal fees. Last night, on Hannity and Colmes, Sean Hannity offered to raise all the money needed to fend them off. Kudos to Sean, especially for pledging the first $5,000.
has anyone seen the news about jessica lynch's book (which isn't even written yet).
on the news last night the father of one of lynch's company of soldiers was on tv stating that since his son was part of her experience that she should share the profits from her book.
his son was killed in that battle in iraq.

Thanks, Heathen. No, I wasn't infantry. I was an OH-6A helicopter mechanic and later on crewed OH-58s too. The 6 was a much better helicopter. Still, back then, we all had infantry training and stood guard duty just like the grunts did.
