  I had that "itch" over the weekend.

  today i just realize that im almost completly cured of the jehobism !

  sure i have not recovered all of my friends but im making new ones.

  i no longer fear armageddon or whatever thing of the wtbt$.

  I was not very popular, until someone needed a free electrician or car mechanic, A/C repairman, plumber,roofer,

  a free loaner car,etc. The witnesses are some of the biggest freeloaders ever.

  That is soooo true. When THEY needed something, they came running to my pop. TO this day it pissed me off that he did'nt charge them for the work that he did for them. These are the same people now; if they were to see him on the street, they would walk ACROSS the street to avoid him.

  Me?...not really. I always felt stupid following a certain click of dubs back in the day. I made my OWN crowd, not follow one. It all seemed silly to me. Such a small world, especially when the elite dubs were concerned. I was the one that never kissed ass to get what I wanted while in the collective. In short... I grew a personality, which hardly existed in the collective.

  Guess that's why it never really stuck with me now.

  ok, so i have to share this story about the stupidest arrest ever.

  (in my book, cause it happened to me).

  i have been in the clink before (just county) for stupid teenage shinanagins.

  You should have seen how pissed the judge was when he read why I was standing in front of him. He was very nice and helped me fix everything and I had to pay 120 bucks to the video store for a 15 dollar VHS tape from 2 years ago and hd to listen to the city attorney bitch me out for about an hour on how stealing was wrong. They were tossing out the charges so i kept my mouth shut but i really wanted to say "go F yourself, it was a TAPE and not even kept on purpose"

  Damn....I give you props for holding it down though.

  well the c.o was visiting the congregation a few weeks ago and he made an interesting comment.. he said that years ago when the society said "jump" the brothers would respond "how high?.

  now when the society says "jump" the brothers ask "why"?.

  this tells me that the walls of this spiritual paradise are cracking and that many are not willing to put up with all the crap that jw's of the past did.. what do you think?

  i was working in the big smoke (merimbula population 4,000) and decided to dine at the only scottish/american restaurant in the entire bega valley.
