if all the jw kids stayed as jws then the religion could grow as quickly as it is now without any door knocking.. if in 2005 1.2 billion hours witnessing resulted in the religion only growing at the rate it should be naturally it suggests a lot a kids are leaving, or doorknocking is not having very good results.. of about 100 people born into the wts that i can remember in my congregations in australia about 3/4 of them have left.

shortly after the hurricanes hit the gulf coast region of the u.s. the wts organized committees and met with elders in the affected/surrounding states.

one point of discussion was the damage assessment to khs and homes; the other point of discussion was locating displaced jws.. the wts is concerned about losing publishers.

at the time it was stressed that if a displaced person or family moved into your area be sure to get at least name and former congregation and forward the information to wts.

Or, in other words, Multimarketing Scheme, Pyramide Scheme. This is similar to Amway, Herbalife and so on. The goal is to sell "product" to next level, to recruit sellers to not only sell " product" ( books, magazines, Hope, Dream or whatever ), but also recruit next level of sales. This can go on forever.

At least Amway people get paid something, but Watchtower people work for nothing ! ( You will get your paycheck in Paradise, IF BIG IF you make it ! ).

i just got informed through one of my contacts that at the recent visit to my parents cong the visiting co brought the elders together to discusss with my father who is still an elder, to decide if he should be allowed to associate or even speak with me.

others have opinion that the organization is the salvation.

Some believe that Jesus Christ is the Salvation. Others have opinion that THE ORGANIZATION is The salvation. Where is the TRUTH?

People like to read the Bible in theirs homes without any interference from others. But there is also a strong opinion, especially from organized religions, that we are not intelligent to understand the Bible alone,

They try to convince us, that we need THEM to explain to us THE BIBLE, and we MUST ADOPT their beliefs, because ACCORDING TO THEM, only THEM know the truth, and ONLY THEM have the intelligence to explain THE BIBLE and THE TRUTH. What is YOUR Opinion?

Crazy Californian Witnesses...

i dont know if you guys noticed or not.

but there is a general consensus among my friends and some witnesses that i talk to that there is something almost inherently wrong with californian witnesses.

(i'm on the east coast) .

They play to much, they have to much fun !!! They should be pedling magazizez every day 145 hrs a week !!!

I hear this fro brother who was cleaning toilets, working day and night, have no life at all... But he was thinking that he his more spiritualll !!!

Now... his life sucks, his wife left him, he is on the net hoping for new wife... waiting for email on JW Mach.com and the emails never come...
