  JW sighting at the supermarket

  last weekend i was picking up a few things for dinner and was just ringing through the order when i noticed the person behind me examining the cake i was buying a little too closely.

  it was a jw woman we used to know.

  apparently she was hell bent on figuring out whether this cake was for some kind of celebration (it wasn't) so she could run back to her husband the elder and try to cause trouble for me.

  her disappointment was visible at the news that we are doing just fine thanks.

  Isn't that horrible the way they must hope that we are miserable? It's such a hurtful hateful thing and at the same time I feel pity for them as you said how tired she looked and just imagining the lifestyle makes me feel so exhausted.

  That's great how you started talking to her, I hope I'll be able to speak up to them if I ever seen any.

  wow - is he bad tempered and immature? - I've only seen him drive and what he looks like. I love his darker than dark hair and eyes.

  Don't you think he has a boyish charm about him?

  I heard that he gives an awful lot of his winnings to children's charities.

  I like the slightly rough look so him being a tad overweight and unshaven is cool. Perfect looking men leave me a bit cold for some reason.

  Remember the Written Review

  what exactly was the purpose of the written review?

  it was extremely helpful that the society warned you on the calendars which night you had to skip... we had those boards that they passed out so you had a good writing surface, often covered with witness grafiti like, jesus or jehovah or something biblical.

  remember the little grading sheet on the back; excellent, very good, good -- was there a poor?

  Was this a yearly thing? I was attending from March to December and I never did a written review. Maybe it was an oral review and I didn't notice or maybe I wasn't there that night.

  I missed a Thursday meeting once due to my lack of communication skills and couldn't get a lift. I thought it was no big deal as I had pre-studied anyway. My study conductor was really annoyed and she kept talking about the all things I could've and should've done to get there. As she never reacted like that at any other time it made me wonder if I had done something wrong and the special needs talk was about me :( or maybe it was this review thing. Did they give it a lot of importance then?

  her posts for a very long time were overflowing with an obvious scholarship.

  i have avidly read her posts and have tucked away as much as my much smaller brain could be forced to take in.

  i'm sure others have openly expressed their admiration and appreciation for her, but i would like to do so here.

  I like my real name, its quite common but I like it. My mum was going to call me Rachel or Roxanna instead but my dad said no. I was a bit gutted as I would have love to have been called Roxy.
