  ok, i work in a growing dowtown area of nc.

  last week i took somethings to get them printed around the corner and noticed a wt and awake on the sidewalk.

  i figured someone dropped it or it fell out of a book bag or something and thought nothing of it.

  Hi, I did business territory for a little while and it got quite depressing. They were all return visits but they were so rude and would pull faces when they saw us. I wished they would just ask us to stop. If I'd carried on I would have ended up throwing them in an elevator instead or a random desk and then leg it.

  has anyone ever experienced this?

  i have, as well as with emails and especially text messages.. do you think there's any chance this could be real-that there is a valid, unspoken connection between people who reach out to each other?

  I watched an experiment once about someone visiting a medium. For the whole hour the medium would say things about the person that were completely incorrect. Except one thing. The customer got excited when the medium was finally right about something and couldn't wait to tell everyone.

  She soon forgot about all the other things that were so wrong. I guess it was because she just wanted to believe rather than weighing up the evidence.

  Some members of my family are into visiting mediums as they gain so much comfort from it. I guess it makes people feel like they have more control over things.

  I highly recommend those new Allbran Oatbakes as they really do keep hunger locked up till lunch. They are very tasty too and it doesn't matter if they go soggy. Moomin

  Who went on the British Museum Trips?

  a while ago someone had put a photo on here that was taken at the british museum.

  it was of something with the date of the fall of jerusalem inprinted on it.

  i can't find the thread.

  Hi Zico,

  I imagined a jw standing in front of any exhibit that might go against their teaching and saying 'Watchtower says nooooo' - you know like that Little Britain character on the computer ('computer says noooo').

  I'd like to visit the museum soon. Hopefully the witnesses will be there. I'd probably tag along too but would worry about not getting correct information or do you think that the areas they do cover would be correct?
