  i went to the grocery store today - no that's not your fault.. it's 103 degrees today, not bad.

  there were three people sitting in the shade in front of the grocery store.

  there was a middle aged woman, an older man in a wheelchair, and a thin man whose frozen smile screams "elder.

  Took An Interesting Little Trip

  i live about an hours drive from the blue ridge mountains and yesterday my wife and a couple of friends and i went by critz va and visited the old estate of the reynolds family.

  it was built in the 1800s.

  when i was in my teens we were calling on patrick county as an unassigned territory and critz was in that county.

  A bitter experience with my JW sister

  hi, this is very long, sorry, but i need to talk to someone about how i feel.. i'm not a jw although for a short time i studied with them back in 1984 along with my younger sister.

  my sister became a jw in 1984 and about that very same time i accepted jesus christ as my savior, but did not become a jw as i disagreed with some of their teachings.

  i did and still do attend the church of god.she has four children.

  I would do as your husband says, one day she'll call begging for help. Let her sort it out on her own. Sometimes we enable people, relatives, to take advantage of us by always being there to fix their problems. Does it ever seem some like some people always need someone else to mop up after them? If we always come a runin' to help out, we're just enabling them to continue acting like that.

  You'll be OK. Maybe you should treat her like she's treating you? If she likes you, and you "shun" her like she's "shunning" you, that'll probably give her an attitude adjustment. She thinks she's in control...wrong...you are. If you let her think she's controlling the situation, you're toast. Turn it around...and she'll be begging you to be friends again.

  the plot has some inconsistencies, but the issues the book deals with are interesting nonetheless.

  We are we almost all black now? Especially CO's.

  for the past couple of years at my district conventions, i have been unable to actually listen to most of it, so my mind is in many places.

  one such place was to count people in several of the other sections as to blacks and whites.

  section 132..42 white and 137 black, section 133..36 white and 144 black, and so on.

  I heard (for it's worth (probably nothing)) that Whites are quickly becoming the minority in this country, and that Blacks are quickly becoming the majority. (Not that there's anything wrong with that either, of course, we love our Black brethren). So while Whitey (as I am-albeit a tan Whitey) was the majority for two centuries,... in the words of Chief Inspector Closseu (a Frenchman) after destroying a priceless Steinway Piano at the home of one his suspects where it was said after he destroyed it, "That's a priceless Steinway", Chief Inspector Closseu said, "Not anymore".

  Well...when you hear the words "Fear" and "Mayhem" in the real estate markets...it's time to buy. That's how the rich get richer. When the stock markets shout, "Fear" and "Mayhem", it's time to buy. That's how the rich get richer.
