  does anyone ever remember hearing that white lion's song "when the children cry" was written after the singer read the "truth" book?

  or all the wonderful stories about the demons attacking those who left "the truth"?

  i remember many sleepless nights as a kid worried about the demons because i just haad watched a metallica video.....

  To get back to Abraham and Isaac, many old teachings in Judaism explain that Abraham not sacrificing Isaac was a revolution against the common pagan tradition of that time to sacrifice your first-born son. Not sure I really believe this. The simple truth is that the bible is a historical book reflective of the culture of those times. It was written by many men, not a supreme creator. Those truly followed the bible would end up in prison in this progressive society.

  there are many of you out there that believes all jws protects child molesters.

  i am a jw (for now) and i can tell you , i have never and never will protect a child molester.

  i don't believe when i choose to live in society i will be a protecter of rapist or child molesters there either.

  First of all...have you ever questioned the fact that not until very recently there was never a black brother as a member of the governing body? Second, the policy is there must be 2 witnesses for a judicial matter. This allows molestation/abuse/rape to run rapant. In the Society, children nor women have rights. No longer do you fear G-d, now fear the elders....

  To who wrote the letter: My heart goes out to you... but you're a f***king moron! You still continue to follow men? You still follow dogma by men who defile you? You belong to a sect strictly formulated by men, not G-d. Open your eyes and read the bible yourself! Your local elders must be tickled by the fact that you accepted this and remained a JW. It is your fault this is allowed to continue!
