  Our Watchtower Study On obedience & submission

  yesterday we have a study of the watchtower about obedience and submission.

  this study arose a lot of questions and heightened emotions in me and the interested retired judge sitting besides me.

  we came accross the 9th pharagraph, page 28 of the april 1, 2007, where it says that: "it is easy to obey when everything is clear and we agree, but we will show that we are trully submissive if we yeild even when we do not personally understand the direction provided.

  i actualy dragged my butt out of my nice warm bed and went to the meeting yesterday..i need some more info for my book..boy,did i hit the jackpot!!!!they were instructing everyone to 'just let the elders guide you' as sheep are guided by their shepard..also,that if you just start obeying unquestioningly,than it will eventualy become easier to let the elders counsel and guide you...whew!!!!!amaZING!!!!! folks kinda nodded and smiled..what a buncha weirdos!!!!! next time,im gonna sneak in my camera and take some pics of the dishwater dull fashions that i saw displayed at the meeting...the women wre all small and quiet and grey,or HuGE!!!!!and puffy and pale faced and surrounded by babies,and wearing really ugly tentlike garments...manoman,am i glad i got outta there when i was a kid...its like the stepford wive,except its 'stepford poeple'!!!!!!!

  ok, so you deny the existence of a god, or you lack belief in a god.

  my question why do you get so angry over a mythical being?

  no one gets as upset over the tooth fairy, santa claus or the easter bunny, as i have seen some of the atheists on this board get over the slightest mention of god.
