hi fisherman.get a 1/2 inch dowel about 3 feet long.drill a hole in the end.tie a piece of heavy string through it.about 5 feet.,tie three or four heavy rubber bands on the end of the string..viola!!!a 20$ cat toy that your cat will love,and a few minutes w/this a day,will wear that cat out and satisfy its hunting jones..i have a dumpster cat.she is an indoor cat now,due to wildlife.we play w/her like 2 or three times a day and this has solved her wild hunting rages,,PLEASE dont have her declawed.i was a vet tech,and it is the most horid bloody maiming thing you can do to a cat..give the cat away first...good luck!!!!also,try some catnip and valerian capsules for her to go crazy w/.we all need a bender some times...

i always feel isolated and 'insecure' when civilization has ground to a halt because of a holiday.. i'm just ranting, need the stress relief.. hope your holidays were alot better than mine.. i am not looking for pity here, just needed to rant, thanks for listening.. .

i just learned that one of my children has bi-polar illness,,,i am so disheartened for him,,,,do any here know about this.

if one is bipolar,1.take your meds,2.enjoy that you are way less boring than most folks,but realize that some times it gets tedious for others to keep up,and 3. be honest about having it...someone said it earlier,wouldnt it be boring if we were all the same?..

would you remain single or get married again?

i ask this because my brother in law's witness mom just died recently, and we're wondering how his dad is going to handle life alone now.

What???Ya'll are happy? Wildly in love? How can this be???? I was told that "worldly marriages' dont last,and that worldly folks are always looking to cheat!!!!! Could it be that jw's dont always know or speak the truth?.Its so cool to see the declarations of love for ones spouse here..All is well...

Scamed on Ebay

i bought what was advertized as a sapphire and diamond 10 k ring.what i got was a coustume plated fake gold fake sapphire fake diamond ring.i was also way over charged for shipping.i was charged $14.99 and i asked the seller if it would be insured for that price.they said it would be.they paid $1.13 for the shipping and no insurance.. .

i've made a report to both ebay and paypal.i'm thinking of reporting it to my visa card company.now i'm waiting for the seller to reply to me.now what?

?i'm new to this ebay thing.should i shipp it back to the seller?

also,sometimes,if a ring has been sized a huge amount,the mark could get wiped out...

i use ebay almost daily.i sell items and sometimes buy as well.only had 1 bad experiance,and i think that she might have been crazy..someone earlier on this thread said it best,know your seller.check their ratings..a good seller,w/hundreds or even thousands of feedbacks,wont risk a negative feedback for a few bux...and if you are unhappy w/an item.COMMUNICATE!!!!tell the seller,dont just give them a bad feedback,or worse yet,just suck it up..tell the world what you need,and chances are it'll work out..if you need any help,you can pm me.ive been ebaying for 6 years, taught dozens of people how to do it,and pretty much make my living doing it..only 1 negative feedback in all of that time.and i still say that she was either under or over medicated..good luck!!!!

Am I being Horrible?

right so it's time to buy christmas gifts and the like - which is great - i do love giving.

now i don't usually give to get back.....but some of my so called mates just seem to like taking and taking..... this one guy - i'm mates with his sister and we have gotten to know each other and i'd say we have become friends - when it was his birthday (my first invite) i got him a really unique quirky gift, then came christmas and i got him 2 gifts and added a fun aspect to it, his birthday rolled around again this year and i got him another nice gift.. me: i got a card for chrismtas and he went halvies on a cheap book with his sister for my birthday.

so this year i'm not getting him anything, his sister comes to me and asks if i'm getting anything for him, so i said no - he'll be getting a card from me, she looked a lil stunned.. i do feel a lil bad but i'm tired of always giving and giving and giving and giving - hell he even forgot about my christmas party this weekend.

incidently,my sisters family,{devout jws} have "present day"..a day that they rabidly exchange presents,a day or two after christmas..is that hypocritical? or what?
