Well,the woman whose dog it was,finally squeezed her arse out of her beach chair an dgrabbed him,and said he'd NEVER done anything like that,etc,I asked if his rabies shots were utd.Then I went to the hospital and police.This was the 3rd offense in a month with this dog and his woman.Florida panhandle rednecks.As far as I know,nothing happened to her.The shots were utd,but I was so freaked out,that I moved back to New England the next week.It was a winter rental thing...Ive heard many evil dalmation stories since,but I dont know if they are sympathy stories or if Dalmations really are inbred and sketchy.Ill never forget its foul breath tho,uggg.Didnt even feel the bites,but its breath,,,,shiver...

Shunning is so stupid

i cannot seem to shake the visual image i have from about 5 days ago.

i went over to my mom's house, and apparently she didn't mention it to my younger sister (who lives in their downstairs apartment).

she and her baby were visiting with my mom, and when she saw me walking up the side walk, she grabbed her toddler up in her arms and i saw her hauling ass down the stairs....the toddler didn't understand why she was just snatched up and hauled away and started screaming.

Lately,Im thinking that it is an ego thing w.folks who have nothing else in their lives to feel good about.Like they are so pious,and so into their own stuff,its kinda like the gamers who are on level 67 of a game and look down their nose at non gamers.In real life,it means nothing.Im dealing w.this right now in the hospital w.my mum.My sister wasnt even civil to me,to say hello or even directly ask me a question.They were awful.Now,Ive moved my mum to another hospital,w/guarded phone and room access.NO one is allowed,but me.And miraculously,since I can focus on her,and not the aggrivation of the dubs,my mum has turned a corner and seems to be holding on..Plus,Im making all of the decisions. Shunning is stupid,and make people who do it look stupid.We just have to ignore their pretend fantasies.

MS Jones,I loved that book! I read it and a few weeks later got attacked by a Dalmation,but,because I had read the book,I was kind of ready for it.well,as ready as you can be for a retarded slobbering dog to clamp his teeth on your face!Great book!!!!Everyone shoudl read it,especially women! We DO have to judge,and we have to make judgements daily!!Thats just the price of freedom and being able to make our own decisions...Im not sure why the poster starte dthis post,I lost interest after the 4th line of yadayadayada but I scrolled thru,and saw your post.You have always had good stuff to say,hope I get to meet you some day...

the society has been cracking down hard on parents having contact with children who have left.

for a long time, it was kind of a "wink-wink" thing with the "necessary family business" loophole, and a lot of families found some relief with that.. but in the latest magazines and assembly parts, they're making it crystal-clear that pretty much nothing except a death in the family counts as "necessary family business".

and even then, you probably wouldn't be invited to the funeral.. the key is, they don't actually define what "necessary family business" is in the article.

I sorta wonder if this rule just gives some folks an imaginary "Im better than you "hat? My sister was always jealous of me,even when I got baptised{at 11} she had desparaging remarks to make.Now she can be the coldhearted bitch that she really is and be applauded for it.Of course,none of her 3 sons are baptised,and have dumped wives w/babies,dealt drugs and many other low life things,but as she says,"Thank god they never got baptised"! I hate this hypocrasy more and more.The older I get,the more I see that we need eachother,warts and all.I dont need her tho...

down over the years i have experienced plenty of discouragement and cynicism about faith and the existence of a god who cares for us.

if i allowed myself to dwell on those things alone, i suppose that i too would be feeling hopeless and cynical and would be just waiting until my time is up.. however, i don't feel that way at all.

Beautiful...I too have been able to "Talk"with animals all of my life.The JW"S discouraged it,saying it was Satan.My friends thought t was drugs.But it isnt.I know what they are communicating to me and they know what I am saying to them. John Devnver said"dont say it cant happen,just cause it hasnt happened to you".so true...
