Smoking pot has never really affected my spelling or ability to gracefully exit a conversation that is above my intellect level.Life is hard.Harder when you have the weirdo JW's in it or ever have.Thats why we all come to places like this.We understand.And yeah,The physical abuse never leaves,Im sure of it...Good luck,we all need eachother! Keep asking for help and talking about it,it can only get better if we are all aware of the different scenarios that might arise from it...Take care...

i'm probably going to regret this.. i have discussed before that i was physically abused and neglected as a jw child.

i have said some very mean things to him that i regret and i apologize to rick for them.
but what he is doing leaves me feeling dirty and i don't even know him.

It`s just a matter of time B4 some" crazy"JW reads between the lines & takes matters in his/hers own hands
by smiddy inwith the latest wt`s hate sessions against so-called apostates,former members who have had serious doubts about the religions claims to being the "chosen" of almighty god to dispense food at the proper time to the faithfull,eg:" mentally diseased"contagiously diseased,dont go near them etc.and of course exposing their dismall record of ever getting anything right as far as expectations ,prophecy,correct understanding of scripture and it`s interpretation,the flip flop backtreading on certain scriptures,and god knows what else,its only a matter of time b4 some delusional" witness"gets it in their head to take matters in their own hands and do jehovahs work,get rid of, kill some apostates,even if it`s family members.. the wtb&ts seem to be putting more and more pressure on the faithfull to hate all opposers.
i dont think this is beyond the possabillity of reality given that a dis proportionate number of jw`s suffer some form of mental deficiency,whether this is why they become jw`s or whether this is something that develops after being in the religion for some extended time.

Funny,Ive thought the same thing.About the wacko Jw wanting to do SOMETHING to make a mark for Jah.I have noticed the Dubs being especially chilly and fearful of me lately.Wouldnt surprise me a bit of one of them decided that I,as an apostate,was better off not here.But by gawd,I hope they hit hard the first time....

Anyone Know the title...
by feenx inof a book that came out recently that was a woman's comedic memoir of growing up as a jw.
i remember the cover clearly, it was a picture of a little girl standing under an umbrella, with sun and green grass, and the umbrella was shielding her from armageddon with dark bldg's behind her and people running.
it was either last year or earlier this year that it came out.. any help is much appreciated .
