These JW elders are showing themselves to be woefully ignorant of standard practices in the real world, seriously unprepared for the hearings, completely lacking in compassion for the victims, and untrained to be real shephards.

And all conveniently have poor memories.

And that testimony came AFTER BCB (??) told of a JW woman coming to her door while out witnessing with her young son. BCB (?) mentioned to be careful of people at the hall, especially those who take an extreme interest in children. The JW woman knew BCB's name and all the details of her abuse.

BCB used this as an example of how 'confidentiality' is non-existent within the JW org.

Was Dino's angle that he would not report murder due to clergy privilege and confidentiality?

@Nicolaou - Barbara is posting as much as she can. But at 6hours per day for the next 2 WEEKS, not sure how much will actually be recorded.

I hope there is a written transcript. Some of the testimony is outrageous. It WILL make your blood boil.

If you are an elder and hear report of a child having been sexually abused by her father 'for a long time', how can you possibly forget the details or the person who told you about it?

Yet that is what MrAli is claiming. He does not remember.

Soooo glad I am out of that ridiculous sham of a religion.
